Are Heat the next Bad Boys, or just misunderstood?
Flash replied to Flash's topic in Miami Heat Team Forum
Ok, so basically there's a double standard. It's ok to do it at the end of your prime but not in the middle of it where it would give you an even better chance to win. Now I get it. I'm pretty sure they made this move because they want to win multiple titles. There's gonna be partying in any NBA city that LeBron would've went to, be it Chicago or New York. Same with Wade. -

If he would've waited it probably never would've happened and he would've wasted the best years of his career there. Goes back to what KG said after they eliminated Cleveland, “Loyalty is something that hurts you at times, because you can’t get youth back. I can honestly say that if I could go back and do my situation over, knowing what I know now with this organization, I’d have done it a little sooner.” -

Lol, I still don't see how teaming up with 2 of your closest friends for a chance to go down in history is a punk move. Why should they have to go by what other did? Then call KG a coward for going to Boston even if he was traded there I don't see what the difference is, he wanted out of Minnesota and they formed a star trio in Boston. -

No not superstar. There's a difference between star and superstar. Superstars are guys like LBJ, Wade, Durant and Kobe. To me, stars is that second or third tier or guys like Bosh, Amare etc. Kobe had Shaq and Pau. Wade had Shaq. Duncan had Robinson and then Parker/Ginobli. Hakeem had Drexler and MJ had Scottie. -

Name 5 players who have won a ring by themselves without playing alongside another star.. -
Remind me again why the Knicks are trying to trade for Carmelo?
Flash replied to a topic in New York Knicks Team Forum
I would do that in a second. It's freaking Danilo Gallinari. If you're hesitant about them trading Danilo for Melo then idk what's wrong. I still think CP3 goes to Orlando somehow. -
Jermchael Finley. I think he's gonna establish himself as a top 10 TE this year.

Terrico White.

Unlike other greats, Earl Monroe sees no issue with LeBron's move
Flash replied to Flash's topic in Miami Heat Team Forum
Because they had LeBron. There's no way anyone could think that Cleveland without LeBron is better than LA without Kobe. -
What's that test for, Dash?
-
Meh, I don't really think we need him. We already got Eddie House to do what Damon would be doing. Plus, there's no Shaq this year to make Damon better.

That doesn't sound that bad to me... Again, if you show me where he ripped the city and the organization, that's fine. -
I'd love to see CP3 go to Orlando and Melo to NY because that's where I think they both fit the best. CP3 and Dwight would be insane and Melo and Amare would be a nasty scoring combo.

Wade will always have the fact that he won that tile for us in 06 but I guess he just wanted to play with 2 of his closest friends and have a chance to win together. At this point, I don't think any of them care who's team it is or whatnot, I think they just wanna go through this together and have a chance to go down in history. -
Like Yugo said, sucks for you. I just had a huge platter of Nacho's...they were awesome.

I think the documentary thing is whatever. No ones ever gotten to see what that's like and it would be pretty cool to get an inside look at how it really goes. And Wade didn't video tape his own reaction lol, that was just a random person at Prime 112 that was videoing him. -
I like them, they seem to have an old school feel to them which is pretty cool.

I doubt it. Our big 3, Melo and CP3 are all really tight so I don't think there's all that much difference in humility and I don't think playing in New York would make them all too humble either. I think that's what needs to happen though or have Melo and Paul go to NYC and Orlando respectively and then create a 3 headed monster in the East for the next decade or so. -

I can see where you guys are coming from on LeBron, I really do because not even I like how he handled the whole situation but Bosh and Wade? I haven't really seen D do anything remotely douchy aside from maybe the comment at the welcome party about being the best trio ever, but I think that was more a heat of the moment type of thing and Bosh I don't even know. If you can show me the comments about Toronto that's cool and then I can see where you guys are coming from on him. He just seems to be enjoying his new found celebrity status and I'm pretty sure it'll wear off eventually. -

I don't think he meant that by the style of play, rather how everyone just loves to hate them now. -

Lol, how can someone be right or wrong with their opinion on this topic? Everyone is entitled to their own view on it and some agree and some don't. I don't think there's a right or wrong side to it. -
Yeah, the U got murdered by the draft this year. We lost Yasmani which was bound to happen, but then the Sox signed Chris Hernandez and we ended up losing 5 of our recruits this year including Christian Yelich who signed with the Marlins and AJ Cole to the Nationals.
