Who are you or any of us to tell other people what they should or shouldn't spend their money on. This is America, a free country where people have the choice on what they spend their money on which is how it should be. How old are you? That might have something to do with it as well. If there are people who are older and more qualified, businesses are more likely to choose them than an 18 year old kid fresh out of high school.

Why should the people with more money be forced by double or triple what they're paying already? I don't know your job situation. Either better qualified people applied as well or there just aren't any openings available. I agree that we need healthcare reform but I don't think it needed to be done like this. There's no reason why people with more money should have to pay more for less services while others don't have to pay a dime. This system is going to cost at least 3-times what they say it will. Never has there been a government entitlement that has cost less than 3 times what it cost so I don't expect this one to be any different. Point is, this is only running up our deficit that has already been run up more by Obama in his term than by Bush in his entire 8 years. This is only going to create another Medicare system than has already proved to be a massive failure and doctors are going to start leaving the practice even though we already have a shortage of primary care doctors. I'm not against healthcare reform but I think the Dems are going about it completely wrong.

Why should they have to pay more so others who don't work can pay less? They already pay higher taxes to begin with.

This bill is going to bankrupt this nation within 4 years, you can count on it. Now my family has to pay more for less services. Not only that, but with this bill, advances in medical technology will slow down by a wide margin and you're going to see a lot of doctors leave the profession. This is only going to create another huge medicare system that already failed miserably once before. Just TWO FREAKING DAYS AGO, the NEW ENGLAND JOURNAL OF MEDICINE released a poll showing 46% of Doctors in America would either leave the profession, retire, or stop taking medicare/medicaid patients if Obama Care passes. That's not good considering we're already 60,000 doctors short when it comes to primary care. Great job by the Dems just ramming this bill down our throats rather than try and listen to the people of America like they said they would.
