I was always a fan of Harris and Devendorf was a great player for you guys. It just seems to me that Syracuse hasn't been winning like it should with all the talent on their roster year in and year out. Harris was the 12th overall player on Rivals coming out of HS, Devendorf was 46 overall and Onuaku was a 3 star. So I think there's been plenty of talent there to win in the Big East. When you continuously get classes with 4 and 5 star guys there's no reason you shouldn't be able to compete at a high level. Also, Melo was the top rated SF in his class nd some thought should head straight into the league so I have no idea how you can say people didn't think he was going to be that good.

Miami can offer him the most money and in today's economy I think he'll take the most money he gets. As for Chicago, they have to make that Boozer deal in order to have a chance at signing him. I'm not very worried at all.

Actually, with the lowering cap, Riley has the advantage. Riley is doing what's best for the franchise in this situation. If Wade wants to play hardball then that's what Pat will do.

Riley has already said that he will do whatever it takes to get Wade the pieces he needs to win but how can you do that when you don't have commitment from your franchise player? Riley needs Wade to be here before he possibly trades away the future of our franchise.

That's what should've been done in the first place. They created this drama not us. What are the kids gonna say? They are nobodies right now so why go against the biggest superstar in all of basketball?

I always thought they were good which they were, but championship teams have a certain "aura" about them and I never got that feeling from the Cavs last year. The Lakers had that just like the C's last year and the Heat in 06.

Just saw it at a mid-night premiere. It was hilarious but a lot more crude than Borat. It's fricken awesome though. Not one part was un-funny to me.

I think LeBron is a phenomenal player and arguably the best we have in our league. However, his lack of maturity when it comes to things like this and the shaking hands is childish and there's no reason for someone who prides themselves on being a leader to act that way. Not even Kobe, the biggest competitor in all of basketball would do that. I doubt even Michael would do that and none of these guys are anything near as competitive as MJ was. LeBron was a humble guys but now he's letting his ego get inflated. I'm afraid the same is happening to Dwyane as well. It seems like Melo, who started off as the biggest headcase of all the 03 draft guys is now the least cocky/arrogant.

Borderline NIT team if you ask me. I think there are better teams in the Big East. Don't think they'll finish ahead of Nova WVU Cincy Georgetown UCONN Marquette Does anyone else think Boeheim (sp?) is on the decline as a coach/recruiter? That umpire was a joke. You could even tell the guy had an agenda when it came to Manny. I guarantee Pujols or Hanley gets those calls because they were obvious. These calls couldn't even be subject to human error because they were so obvious. Manny got pissed just like any other guy would've. The throwing the equipment was awesome.
