  1. Give me Matt Bonner and Scalabrine on the Heat ASAP...its only fair.
  2. Yeah him LBJ and Durant seem to be the biggest names playing everywhere this summer. Eric Bledsoe has been playing a lot as well.
  3. http://blogs.miaminewtimes.com/riptide/2011/09/wade_james_and_bosh_to_host_ch.php I'm doing whatever I can to get some seats courtside but i'll honestly sit anywhere to watch this game.
  4. If you wanna go the longevity route then definitely I'd agree but in terms of overall impact on the franchise and performance on the court..I'll put LBJ there no problem.
  5. NFl Sunday Ticket app saved my life for the game. I was able to watch the first half at home but I had to go to a family dinner so I was able to catch it on my phone. Rodgers looked great as always and holy shit Jermichael Finley is back. Ryan Grant also looked like a motivated runner out there. Seems like he knows Starks is coming for his job.
  6. FSU will be starting Trickett today and I heard might be down a few receivers. That's definitely not good considering their lack of a running game to start the season.
  7. Just the amount of hype and success LBJ and Shaq brought to Miami puts them in the top 5 to be honest.
  8. Did you not pick 3 games on purpose Boldin?
  9. Hall ends up with 2 picks...mark it down including one late to seal the game.
  10. Week 4 Games: Missouri @ Oklahoma - best team in CFB wins easily LSU @ WVU - I think Geno Smith and WVU keep it close but LSU is legit Arkansas @ Alabama - Best defense in college football shuts down Arky Tulsa @ Boise St. - Snoozefest Oklahoma St. @ Texas A&M - taking the Aggies because they're at home Nebraska @ Wyoming - massacre Oregon @ Arizona - easy win for Oregon Florida St. @ Clemson - Clemson is just as talented. FSU is a much better D than Auburn though but they're injured and if Trickett starts it could be scary for FSU Vanderbilt @ South Carolina - Cocks by a mile Virginia Tech @ Marshall - Easy win for VT. Have they played anyone yet? Florida @ Kentucky - UF impressed me last week but I still think they have some work to do. Brantley looks much better in Weiss' system Rice @ Baylor - RG III takeover UTEP @ South Florida - USF is pretty good this year but IMO they're overrated. San Diego St. @ Michigan - Denard Robinson aka God in football pads goes off USC @ Arizona St. - USC, while they've won their games hasn't played up to their talent level. They'll struggle on the road IMO. Western Michigan @ Illinois - The Illini look legit to start the season North Carolina @ Georgia Tech - UNC's got too many athletes on that defense. They'll stop the option. North Carolina St. @ Cincinnati Notre Dame @ Pittsburgh - Not buying the ND hype UCF @ BYU - UCF's confidence is gone after losing to FIU Georgia @ Ole Miss - Who's getting fired first? Mark Richt or Houston Nutt? Temple @ Maryland - UMD wins easy. Toledo @ Syracuse - Cuse at home. California @ Washington - only taking UW because they're at home. UCLA @ Oregon St.- OSU is God-awful
  11. Neither team was overly impressive but OU was definitely better. FSU's offense looks pretty weak considering all the hype. IMO they might be in trouble next week against Clemson. Their D is as legit as it gets though. What a secondary.
  12. Wow that's a nice ring. Its expected from a guy like Cuban though lol.
  13. Ok so I'm doing an online franchise with some friends and I can't play one of them. Keeps saying the connection to your opponent has been lost. Anyone able to help me? I use a 360.
  14. Guess I'll jump in on this.. Week 3 Games: LSU @ Miss. St - LSU pulls out a classic Les Miles lucky win at the end. Boise St. @ Toledo - Easy game for Boise Oklahoma @ Florida St. - I think OU is legit and as hyped as FSU is becoming they still have a ton of questions North Texas @ Alabama - rape Stanford @ Arizona - Closer than people think it will be. The Foles/Luck matchup will be great to watch Wisconsin @ Northern Illinois - Massacre Oklahoma St. @ Tulsa - Justin Blackmon goes for 200 yards Idaho @ Texas A&M - Easy win for aTm Washington @ Nebraska - Close win for Nebraska Navy @ South Carolina - USCe easily Arkansas St. @ Virginia Tech - easy win for VT Troy @ Arkansas - see above Michigan St. @ Notre Dame - I think this one gets ugly. ND is very turnover prone and Michigan St. creates a ton of turnovers. Tennessee @ Florida - Not sold on UF yet and Tyler Bray and UT are as explosive an offense as there is in the SEC Ohio St. @ Miami (FL) - OSU* looked bad last week..no other way to put it. We get a lot of key guys back and I think Miami wins a close one at home. West Virginia @ Maryland - I think WVU is legit. Auburn @ Clemson - Clemson might actually have more talent but Dabo is the worst coach at a major program in CFB. Arizona St. @ Illinois - First legit defense Illinois plays all year and I think they struggle. LA-Monroe @ TCU - TCU easy. Texas @ UCLA - Texas is still terrible and I think UCLA could surprise some people. Utah @ BYU - Utah by 10. Pittsburgh @ Iowa - Big East looks good early on but Iowa isn't a great football team Ole Miss @ Vanderbilt - Ole Miss has a lot of talent on that team. Houston Nutt's job might be on the line this year. Louisville @ Kentucky - Louisville absolutely sucks. Duke @ Boston College - BC wins a tight one at home.
  15. 1. Dwyane Wade 2. Alonzo Mourning 3. LeBron James 4. Shaq 5. Tim Hardaway
  16. 64 to be exact. From when he went by the name Lonny Breaux. Its a mixtape that came out back in April called The Lonny Breaux Collection. Definitely recommend checking it out for anyone who's a fan of his.
  17. Best wishes out to coach Bowden. Always respected him because he kept us on the schedule and is a true class act.
  18. So what have I missed lately? I've been posting less now with the whole lockout and school starting. Anything interesting happen around here?
  19. Its the offseason princess so naturally I'm posting a bit less...no need to get your panties in a bunch. And yes, we choked, I'm not afraid to admit that.
  20. Anyone else remember when Fishy said Romo was as good as Rodgers as couple years back? Actually maybe before last season?
  21. What a game. Liked a lot of things I saw from us. The DL looks better than they did last year. BJ Raji is turning into one of, if not the premier nose tackle in the NFL. Just an incredible game from him. Eric Walden had a great game as well. Really hope Tramon is ok. That looked like a really bad injury. On offense what more needs to be said? Rodgers is just so efficient and makes it look effortless at times. Starks was impressive tonight as well and holy shit Greg Jennings had some ridiculous grabs tonight. Finley still doesn't look 100% but he's definitely getting there. Once he's ready and at 100% the offense will only get better.
  22. If it weren't for his struggles against Boston this year, CC is right there in the AL Cy Young race but right now you gotta take Verlander. As for AL MVP I'll take Granderson over Gonzalez and in the NL give me Matt Kemp for MVP and Halladay winning the Cy Young.
