Id say the Braves. Vazquez, Lowe, Jurjens, and other good pitchers too. Plus pretty good offense with Chipper, Mcann, Mclouth, Anderson, Escobar. Next id probably say the Marlins. Johnson and Nolasco are sick, and besides Hanley they had some other good bats as well. Cohglan had most hits since all star break. NL East was good this year. 3rd would be Rangers. They had some good pitchers and bullpen, and balanced offense but not dominant. If they had the offense of years past, they would have made the playoffs. 4th would be Giants. Terrific pitching, although Cain fell off after the break. Anemic hitting. Last would be the AL Central winner. Their just not very well balanced clubs. Tigers starters really choked and have too many rookies, plus not a good lineup and they dont get on base very well. The Twins with Morneua however, would be higher up on this list. They have a pretty good offense without him, very good offense with him. And a decent 1-5 with a solid pen.

No most of the Lakers talent is home grown talent. The Yankees just sign every major free agent they can possibly get their hands on. Im not trying to get any point across, im just stating my opinion. I think it would be awesome if the Twins beat the Yankees because the Twins are a real baseball team while the Yankees just throw money around and whine and complain when it doesnt get the job done. Considering Kobes 35.4 ppg was the 9th highest in NBA history, and none of those guys on that list is named Jordan, Wilt, Baylor, or Barry, id say Kobe should be much higher.

If the Twins made the playoffs and BEAT the Yankees? That would be incredible. The Twins with very low resources and payroll, against the Yankees with an unfathomable payroll and all the resources. Its like throwing pebbles at someone who has a gun. I would love to see it happen, and would of course be embarrassing on the Yankees part.

This guy is a complete nut. He could have made bank with Halladay, but refused to trade him. I give him props for unloading Rios' contract, but it was him that gave him the ridiculous contract in the first place. Had the White Sox not been stupid enough to take it. Not to mention Vernon Wells horrible contract. Toronto has a pretty good core actually. Hill, Lind, Wells, and some good young pitching. If they can get a mix of major league talent and prospects for Halladay they could contend in the near future. However, Halladays value has gone way down, thanks again to Riccardi.
