  1. Good deal for both. Warriors get a swingman to replace Reggie Williams and Pacers get another hustle guy in Amundson in case Jeff Foster gets injured.
  2. ^ Yup. I am really excited for Minny fans, their team actually have a good coach and great young players.
  3. I don't think Joe Dumars want to keep his job anymore.
  4. I still think they are at best a 4th seed at the moment. The bench is weak and the same can be said for the backcourt. I also don't believe Chandler alone can make the team play good defense all of a sudden. At Dallas he had a defensive-oriented coach in Rick Carlisle and veterans who were willing to play defense. I am not sure that is the case in New York. I still think that the Bulls, Heat, Celtics and possibly the Hawks are better than New York at the moment.
  5. ^ Is that a bad thing or what? Seriously though, Bogans is a good player. Just not someone you want starting for a championship contender. I liked what he did with the Spurs and I liked what he did with us.
  6. I don't know. I have seen a few videos of him analysing and his voice is so deep I could barely understood what he said. He would be funny though with Charles and Kenny.
  7. Brent Barry on NBA TV suggested that OKC might be interested in him.
  8. Source Not a bad signing as long as he is healthy.
  9. Source Nice big man coming off the bench. The Blazers have depth on the frontcourt as well now.
  10. I believed we tried a S&T for Afflalo, but clearly he was out of the price range. Nick Young can't play D up to Thibodeau's standards yet, so I don't think we pursued him seriously.
  11. Apparently the Nets signed Ime Udoka as well so I guess they are trying to find the right SF.
  12. http://www.nba.com/video/channels/nba_tv/2011/12/14/20111214_stern_on_no_deal_and_deal.nba I lol'd on the video description. "Hornets General Manager and Commissioner David Stern talk about why the deal between the Hornets and the Clippers was revived."
  13. Say you are Clippers GM Neil Olshey, you just got Chris Paul. Now what would you do to improve the team? The Clippers are apparently $14m under the cap. The projected starting line-up right now is: PG: Chris Paul SG: Chauncey Billups SF: Caron Butler PF: Blake Griffin C: DeAndre Jordan Reserves: Willie Warren, Trey Thompkins, Mo Williams, Eric Bledsoe, Randy Foye, Brian Cook (FA), Ike Diogu (FA), Ryan Gomes, Jamario Moon (FA), Craig Smith (FA), Travis Leslie
  14. ^ I actually think that is a bad trade for the Clippers. Quoting what David Aldridge said on NBA TV, the Clippers "have been a joke for the past 30 years". Now they are finally meaningful.
  15. Awesome. I can't wait to see Rip running off curls.
  16. I am guessing Billups and Mo would be playing at the 2 since the Clips kept Bledsoe.
  17. Bobcats need someone to score, period. Reggie Williams can score for sure.
  18. Stern gambled, and it somehow paid off for the Hornets. Great trade for them.
  19. Looks like Denver will be able to keep their depth after all.
  20. I am interested in Gallinari. Let me know.
  21. $7 million for a serviceable big man. Now I see where the good big men were coming from.
  22. Slightly off topic, but I would really like to see Bonzi Wells back in the NBA. Hopefully he can grab a spot in Minny.
  23. Likewise, I forgot about this as well. I like my line-up though. EDIT: I got a bunch of centers available though. Let me know if you need one.
