We are getting absolutely owned. Defense need to really tighten up and someone need to start scoring.

And there are no time-outs in soccer either, they just add in some extra time due to injuries/dead balls but that extra time added is by no means putting back the exact amount of time lost from those situations. Most usually less time is added. Back on topic, I like 82 games and I like game of 48 minutes. I just can't see a better plan.

Rose is absolutely crazy right now. 6 consecutive points.

The number of Bulls fans in Bradley Center is amazing. Finally got our first lead of the game at 2 minutes in the 4th quarter, let's get this W.
-
That is true, but I don't see him playing a larger role than perhaps a 7th or 8th man in a good team.

If Humphries got one more point vs Indiana, this would have been his 12th consecutive double-double. He is beasting.

Anthony Randolph - The Beast
Newman replied to The Truth's topic in Minnesota Timberwolves Team Forum
That's just D'Antoni's system and clearly it is backfiring on him with all the main guys fatigued now a big reason for their losses (along with defense). He has always used a rotation with 8-9 players and it's just not the way to go for a 82-game NBA season. -
Anthony Randolph - The Beast

Pretty sure that deal was to get rid of Eddy Curry's contract to make room for Melo/Billups. The Knicks should have at least kept Brewer, but what's done is done. -
Anthony Randolph - The Beast

Lee Nailon posted good stats on the Charlotte/NO team for a season as well, then he joined the Sixers and became a benchwarmer. Randolph is great offensively, but he is by no means a good defender..which is why he was a great fit in NY. -
They sure are glad to have picked up Landry, he can put up West's numbers given the touches and minutes. I think the Hornets might still be able to snatch one of the last two playoff spots, but only if their defense hold up.
-
I don't quite remember who did. but he has been compared to Eddie House and Kyle Korver and I think that's a fair comparison. He plays virtually no D but can shoot the lights out. Really a hybrid between House's explosiveness in terms of his shooting and Korver's consistency in his shooting. And Jimmer > Jennings in shooting only.

This can be done for every player out there

Why anyone would want to wait in line for 3DS is beyond me.

Marcus Thornton, best scorer in the NBA?
Newman replied to Warren2ThaG's topic in Sacramento Kings Team Forum
You're right about the random part. As for the idea of Thornton, Evans and Cousins co-existing together, that is virtually impossible as the USG% of each of the players are so great. All of them needs the ball to play effectively as well and unfortunately, there is only one basketball on the court. -
Big blow for the Grizzlies. His scoring ability will be sorely missed in the playoffs. Link

Duncan regular season in jeopardy with ankle injury
Newman replied to AboveLegit's topic in San Antonio Spurs Team Forum
I think Splitter is ready to take on some minutes so losing Duncan for the rest of the regular season is no biggie. I am sure Pops will have something up his sleeve. -
K-Lo for his D.

According to an article I've just read, the girl claim she is receiving death threats and won't be going back to UCLA again.

Wes Matthews with 5 makes from the promise land already.

Good win. When all 3 of the Big 3 are clicking, the Heat have at least 90% chance of winning. On the Nuggets' side, JR Smith impresses again.
-
I think he is worn down from playing 40 mins per game for most of the year.
-
I am loving what Trevor Booker has done for the Wizards. 26-13 today filling in for Blatche. With him, Jordan Crawford, Wall, Nick Young and Javale, this team has a really bright future if they all put in more effort in creating movement and playing defense.

Chris Bosh on Kobe Bryant shooting "Shut the lights off"
Newman replied to magicbalala245's topic in Miami Heat Team Forum
This is only news because it's Kobe and it's the Heat's court. -
LeBron, Wade + Bosh > Rose, Noah, Boozer yet the Bulls have a better record. The Magic had their ups-and-downs, the Heat had their ups-and-downs, but I feel that we are probably the most consistent team in the East.

Perkins calls Pau soft, Phil Jackson arrogant

Way to make the potential Thunder-Lakers match-up more interesting Perk.
