  1. Source Just thought this was worthy of note. I wonder whether Willie Green will be traded away as well now that they got Bayless.
  2. The fifth man in the starting line-up. It's hard to determine value of someone like him who can do a bit of everything, I am guessing a serviceable big man (e.g. Jason Maxiell/Ryan Anderson) or someone like Eliot Williams who has potential to be a pretty good player.
  3. You hit it right on the spot. I am sure LeBron had his mind set on leaving since the Cavs got eliminated by the Celtics. Even if they did do the trade and LeBron stayed, the new starting line-up of Baron, Parker, LBJ, Hickson/Jamison, Kaman wouldn't be much better than Mo, Parker, LBJ, Jamison, Shaq in the playoffs.

  5. He should have came over a few years ago. With Orton and Gortat behind Howard now, I find it very hard that the Magic will be able to utilise him well even if he does agree to join the team. They might be able to trade his rights to another team though.
  6. nor did I. I thought Bayless would have been a valuable contributor to the Blazers given Rudy's situation and how guys like Webster and Travis Outlaw left leaving very few wing players. I s'pose they are pretty high on Matthews though and other guys like Luke Babbitt and Eliot Williams can fill in. I hope this also means my man Patty Mills will get some minutes too.
  7. The pick would be useful for Portland. I expect it to be traded for a veteran in the future.
  8. I thought it was only a My Player problem? If this is going to affect quick games as well that sucks. A patch won't come out before mid-Nov so...
  9. He's gone for sure. I sure ain't willing to trade Korver for him though. Ronnie Brewer maybe, but neither Korver or Brewer would be realistic. Most likely going to another sub-50 wins team. I can sure think of some teams that can use him though.
  10. Afflalo, his defense is way above Dudley's. Dudley is better as a spot-up 3-point shooter, however.
  11. Beasley is a stud. He will get the shot attempts he want at Minnesota. To quote NBA 2k11, "He can put up points in a real hurry."
  12. Larry Hughes would definitely be a nice addition to the team.
  13. He is going to improve, but not a breakout season. I see 1-2 PPG increase (max 11PPG) , 1-2 RPG increase (max 7-8 RPG), fair bit of assists (3-4 APG). He has crafty hands, let's hope he can use them.
  14. Who would they be giving up for JJ? Or are you saying that they sign JJ along with everyone else? Anyway, that's still a 4th seed team. I am sorry, but they are still no better than Magic/Dwight, The Fantastic Four + Shaq/Jermaine in Boston or The Big Three in the Heat. If anything, having JJ would undermine Rose's development in my opinion because JJ is most effective with the ball.
  15. What's the most significant difference in coaching D-League players comparing to NBA players?
  16. The dude definitely has talent, just need the right attitude.
  17. Marko Jaric is another one I can think of. Lucky [expletive]es.
  18. Reggie Miller. Not particular athletic, not particularly fast but somehow, someway he would find a way to score from the three-point line.
  19. Phil Jackson Two three-peats with the Bulls. One three-peat and potentially another one with the Lakers. Anytime you got enough Championship rings to fit into every finger, you are definitely great. The Zen Master is just a legendary coach.
  20. Danthay is a pretty good player and I am surprised they put him on the block considering Brandon Rush's suspension and Stephenson's legal trouble. I am sure he can find another team, however. I would like him to go to the Hornets but anything could happen.
  21. You basing this opinion on their pre-season record or their talent?
  22. I do not believe Turner is anything special nor a scrub. Solid role player, nothing less.
  23. No sorry. The bench is too weak in my opinion. Monta is a fighter, but he can't play the whole game like he did at times last year.
