NBA Elite's presentation is real nice. But everything else is all advantage to 2K.
-
The scores are WAYY too close at the moment.
-
I suppose with Collison at the helm then the Pacers would play more of a half-court offense, which means the traditional line-up would come into play. However, if TJ Ford/AJ Price is controlling the ball, I can see 3 swingmen running with the PG in transition as the pace is pushed higher.
-
Once again, another blowout expected.
-
At the moment, there is only two positions locked up in the Pacers: PG with Darren Collison and C with Roy Hibbert. Obviously Granger would be a lock to start as well, but I wonder whether he will start at SF or PF. If I remember correctly, Paul George is also promised a starting spot. However, who would you choose as SG,SF and PF respectively for the Pacers for the majority of the season? For me, it is the 'best combination available' regardless of the opponents. Therefore, I am going with Danthay Jones for defense, Danny Granger for scoring and Tyler Hansbrough for rebounding + the little things in the post.

As this article written by Mike Monroe of the San Antonio Express-News pointed out, barring any further signings, only 3 Spurs players are above 30 (Manu, McDyess and Duncan). Jefferson and Bonner just turned 30 recently and all the other players are below 30. While saying goodbye to veterans like Keith Bogans and Roger Mason Jr., they signed guys like Alonzo Gee (really good player in the D-League), Gary Neal and the most exciting prospect of all, Tiago Splitter. What are your thoughts on the now relatively young Spurs team and what is your prediction on the Spurs' record for next season. My guess is that Gee will take up a role on the bench and some of Jefferson's minutes and Splitter will take over the center spot by the end of the season. I think they will just miss out on 50 wins, with my prediction being 48 wins to 44 losses. Also, Hill will give Pop a headache over whether to start him or Parker. Hill did a nice job last season and he will keep on improving.

Those guys weren't really talented though. J.R Smith have the physical attributes and skill set to be a top-tier player, he just need to have the right mindset and the right coach.

This should definitely be a blowout.

Pretty hard to determine, but considering that this Kat Stacks person is planning to file a police report based onthis, I think its pretty obvious what Melo is doing.

Martin: Rockets Will Survive Without Ariza
Newman replied to The Regime's topic in Houston Rockets Team Forum
Well by simply adding and subtracting, having Yao along with Courtney Lee is certainly better than having Ariza alone. Even if Shane was the only SF they have I won't be worried and yet they still got Chase Budinger waiting in the wings. Definitely not lacking in depth in any position. -

I would like him with the Bulls, his presence will help in some games.

I don't see anything wrong with Boozer dunking from the free throw line. Seriously though, the presentation looks nice (the ESPN scoreboard especially), but the gameplay is definitely not anywhere near 2K.

Nuggets Want To Deal Carmelo To Nets, Kings Or Wolves
Newman replied to ChosenOne's topic in Denver Nuggets Team Forum
I am not too sure whether Tyreke will be a better player than Melo but the Kings won't be any better off with Melo than they are with Tyreke. -
Wizards call in for Carmelo
Newman replied to magicbalala245's topic in Washington Wizards Team Forum
Wizards got some pieces that may be available for Melo, (Josh Howard, Al Thornton, Andray Blatche to name a few), but there's no doubt that they would offer Arenas in any part of the deal. -

Billups Might Be A Trade Chip As Well
Newman replied to La Bomba's topic in Denver Nuggets Team Forum
Where's S-Jax going? Anyway, I like this deal for the Bobcats but I would only do it as the Nuggets if Melo is gone and decide to go into rebuilding mode. -

^His former team-mate Deng is in the team, and he is not good enough to play for team USA. -
Billups Might Be A Trade Chip As Well
Newman replied to La Bomba's topic in Denver Nuggets Team Forum
I thought keeping Billups would be a good idea since he is a home-grown star. Without them...it's going to be pretty hard to watch Nuggets basketball.
