I'm still scratching my head on why Pop refuses to play Splitter until garbage time. I just don't see how Blair is any better than him at this point? Anyway nice to get 60 wins, 1 more win and we can lock this shit up and rest the remaining games against LA and PHX
I just can't take this seriously. Chris Paul gambles ALL the time! I still thnk he is one of themost over rated defenders at his position. Oh yeah and FAIL for not having Duncan on the list. He may be old, but he is still the ANCHOR for the Spurs defense. Without him...... well they lose 4-5 in a row. Love Wilson Chandler though. This kid has the total package as a player. I would have him top 5 perimeter defenders this year.
Not worried about the Thunder TBH. I think Denver wears them out in the first round anyway. Plus Spurs are 3-0 against them (1 of those games include Perkins).
Damn what a sloppy game? Seriously though LA fans, why do they sit Bynum in crunch time? Doesn't make sense to me.... Anyway thank you Utah for doing us a solid. Magic number Is now at 2 to clinch...
What a shock, when Bonner and Blair were in the game Atlanta went on a 9-0 run and was up by like 11.... Tim and Dice come back in and we are down by 3 at the half...
I agree with RD, as a fan I want to watch as many games as possible. Since I have got league pass which was like 4 years ago (I think) I have not missed a Spurs game.
We aren't talking about Prime you are correct, but even as of "right now" I would take. Gasol, Duncan, Garnett, Manu, Westbrook, Rondo, And PP over Amar'e. All these guys (even the old ones) IMO have a better all around game over Amar'e.
Lakers should be on this list just for the fact that you know even when Kobe is long gone, Mitch will fork out money to build a championship team. There is a reason they have A shit load of championships.
Son of a bitch. They had this game..... Oh well good effort from the team today. The good news I heard Sean Elliott say that he expects Duncan, Manu, Parker, and Dice all to play against Boston.
