  1. Bogut Duncan Noah All should be mentioned but will be overlooked because Howard gets 3 weakside Blocks per game.
  2. Doesn't Yao have like 400k votes already, and Bynum with 200k? Lol anyway I have never really been a fan of the AS game or AS weekend for that matter, but I think I might be going to LA for this one. Should be interesting!
  3. First road game in awhile, 2nd night of a B2B where they barely pulled out a win. All these things would normally mean the Spurs are destined for a loss. I can see it happening, but I hope it's not the case. George Hill and the bench need to play better tonight if the Spurs want a W.
  4. I honestly think it could have gone either way (travel, or foul) but of course I like the no call. Big props to Bogut though (eventhough he's crying like a [expletive] on twitter). Give Me his shot blocking over Howards anyday. Manu has been terrific this year coming up with big shots. It seems like after timeouts, end of quarters, or momentum killers Manu is going to make a play and score the ball. Good win, tough game tomorrow @Denver
  5. First of all the MVP of the Spurs right now is Manu, he is playing some incredible ball. As for the assumption of Pop resting his starters I believe that is false. Hell he's "resting" them now, TP and Manu are playing like 30 min a game The Spurs know the importance of HCA and I think they try to get a top 3 seed. They are fully capable of getting the number 1 seed but it will be a race. Lol at the Mavs homer saying you guys "murdered" us. A 9 point victory is hardly murdering us plus it's only 1 game bro, let's just wait till the end of the season to declare who the better team is.
  6. Honestly this has been the Spurs plan for a few years now. It's just that injuries have prevented Pop from limiting Duncans minutes. Duncan had to carry the offensive load for almost half a season last year and was gassed by playoff time. If possible I fully expect Pop to limit Duncans minutes until after the AS break. Duncan will start playing more minutes after that to gear up for the post season like he always does.
  7. The Spurs never really got into an offensive rhythm until the 4th quarter so it was nice that they were able to come out with a win. Dejuan Blair is looking more comfortable, hopefully he can keep playing like he is.
  8. Btw right now on HBO "Jingle all the way" is on again. I know how much you love that movie.

  9. Williams went Ape ISh from behind the arc. I think he had like 8 threes or something like that. There was a point in the 2nd quarter where the Warriors had it within 3 or so. Then Curry went down and Tony and Manu went crazy.
  10. Solid win for my Spurs tonight. No Spurs starter played over 29 minutes. (Duncan with only 17). Tiago Splitter had himself a nice game off the bench, his defense continues to be very solid. Dejuan Blair was beastin and George Hill continues his improved play. He has really stepped into that 6th man very nicely. Manu and Parker did thier thing running the fast break and making plays for others.
  11. Well Splitter is already in the game, so thats a good sign. The Spurs are out RUNNING the Warriors. The good Defense is leading to fast break after fast break. (17 fastbreak points already)
  12. With Dallas playing incredible ball right now, the Spurs need to rack up as many wins as possible. I just hope they come out with the same amount of energy they did against the Warriors as they did withthe Hornets. This would be a game you would think Splitter would get some more burn, but knowing Pop he plays less than 10 minutes.
  13. Like questionable effort, and horrible 4th quarters?
  14. Tony Parker was the most recent PG to get the best of Chris Paul. No way is CP3 the fourth best player in the league right now. Honestly I don't know how anyone can go against Dirk right now. So my vote is for him (it won't let me vote on the poll).
  15. Well Spurs pulled the starters, but with a lineup of Chris Quinn, Gary Neal, Matt Bonner, Dejuan Blair, and Splitter anything is possible :lol
  16. Spurs 3 point shooting so far. Jefferson 2-3 Manu 1-1 Bonner 4-5 Neal 2-3
  17. Spurs just destroying the Hornets right now. Bonner WOW
  18. Awesome to see the Spurs come out with a lot of energy. TP and Manu doin work
  19. Joke? How can it be funny when it is the truth? Anyway I'll have to backhand slap Htown later....

  20. Don't worry, the Spurs are the BEST!!!!

  21. ^^^^^ I knew you would somehow find a way to mention this. Giving up Scola to keep Francisco Elson was horrible and if you mention it to any Spur fan they usually go into full meltdown mode. As for the topic yes it is my Spurs. The only recent bust I can think of is Ian Mahinmi. (He still plays garbage minutes for Dallas)
  22. Spurs need to come out with a lot of energy for this game. Manu and Parker need to play well, because you know the Hornets want to avenge the blown lead they had the other day. Last game Blair was destroyed by David West, I'm wondering if Pop still starts Dejuan. I would like to see Dice start in this game for that very reason. Let Blair battle the 2nd string bigs for rebounds.
  23. Typical Spurs game though, they always seem to play down to thier opponents level. This could also be due to Manu being gassed after going ape ish for the past 15 games.
  24. Wasn't able to watch this game yet (recorded), but sounds like there was some bad officiating. Good to see George Hill continue to play well..... 16 minutes is too much for Bonner if he isn't making shots, and I can't wait for James Anderson to come back so Udoka doesn't see any playing time.....
