Meh (first of all the Spurs don't have the contracts to make this happen, but just for fun say they did.) V-Span will most likely never come to the NBA, and De Colo is still probably two years away. The Spurs however are trying to win a ring now, and getting Shane for Euro Trash and a 2nd rounder would be ideal. Battier isn't as good as he once was but he would come in handy against Kobe if the Spurs and Lakers were to meet in th PO.

OH god I would jump at that in a heart beat..... Spanoulis is extremely hated by the majority of Spurs fans..You guys can have Nando De Colo as well.
-
Really? Obviously I haven't watched the past few game but from what I have seen of the Suns (a lot of games considering I live in PHX) he has been a non-factor
-
What's up with Lopez? Is he hurt?
-
Spurs gave you guys Scola, it's time for the Rockets to do the Spurs a solid. give us Shane!!!!
-
Dear god the Hornets are good.....
-
I knew that the Rockets weren't going to be as good as everyone thought they were going to be coming into the season, but damn I didn't think they would be this bad.

Manu with the DAGGER!
-
it's a 3 point extravaganza in San Antonio right now. Ginobili, Lewis, Jefferson, Nelson, Parker. WTF
-
The Heat just want to chill, screw winning games
-
It looks like to me that Heat have already gave up on Spoelstra. Heat
-
It's a shoot out. Manu Ginobili is going ape ISH
-
Duncan is playing incredible D
-
I don't think that the Magic have a better bench than San Antonio TBH. Redick is having an off year, Pietrus seems to be in the doghouse lately, Duhon just sucks, and Anderson is mediocre.Bass and Gortat will be a handful though, Bass usually goes Karl malone against us. Anyway I'm not confident going into this game, I think Magic win.

if this spurs team stays healthy they are IMO the only legit threat in the West to contend with LA in a 7 games series. (Especially if Bynum doesn't come back) The Spurs still don't have a answer for Kobe (who does?), but they finally have added more size to thier front court. Mcdyess, Blair (I know not that much size) Splitter, Duncan, and Bonner are enough bodies to put on Gasol, Odom, and Bynum. Spurs also have an improved bench to help keep up wih the Lakers bench. james Anderson, Gary Neal, George Hill, Tiago Splitter, Dejuan Blair, Danny Green. I'm not saying the Spurs would win, but it wouldn't b a cakewalk to the Finals like most people thought before the season started.

You make all valid points RD, and numbers don't lie. However I am not concered with Duncan nor the Spurs. Should be interesting to see how the rest of the year plays out.

Hollinger is garbage...

You're talking about Tim Duncan bro, you know he will be able to adjust especially come playoff time. You're acting like Duncan has fallen off completely, you forgot that he was still playing at a very high level in the playoffs last year.
-
Looks like we were both wrong, Spurs destroying Cavs. Duncan has only played 17 minutes but Tiago has stepped up and added 16 points off the bench so far. This team is deep!
-
Yeah man I feel sorry for Brent, it'll be awkward him coming back to NBAtv and having to discuss the Spurs.
-
Trap game. 2nd night of a back to back and it should be an easy win, however I wouldn't be surprised if the Spurs come out flat and the Cavs play lights out. Hopefully that's not the case.
-
Kobe is still the best player in the league IMO, but honestly I think Pau Gasol Is playing like the best player in the NBA right now.

Your team's most surprising and disappointing player

Most Surprising- Richard Jefferson I was confident that RJ would be better than he was last season, but so far RJ has been night and day from last year. He is shooting the ball well, and is being aggressive taking the ball to the rim. His defense has also been solid. Most disappointing- George Hill Although he is starting to play better Hill has been pretty bad on the offensive end. He isn't looking for his shot, and he is not being aggressive taking the ball to the rim. I think it's pretty clear he is not a PG as the offense comes to a screeching stop when TP or Manu are not in the game. His defense is coming around though.... -
