It may be because it's "NBA's Best" An argument can be made that LeBron is the best player (just what he is, right now, not looking at his career) apart from MJ and Kobe, but greatest, no not even close yet.

Webster is an amazing athlete and a good defender. Not great, but good. He's gonna have highlight reel dunks once a week, and apart from that quietly be a role player I think. Kind of what he did in Portland.

Knicks and Nets looking less and less like players. I expect Boozer and maybe Gay if Memphis doesn't match to go to either team.

Yeah I've always been high on the kid, and I think he's a SG but like you said he can play SF, and even point if the team has a pair of playmakers. Am I wrong, or is he a pretty good defender on the ball?

Random update for my favorite player in the draft: He's leaving Palmdale today for good, buying a house in Indy soon. He's going to wear 24 next year just like in college, as he went by all through his basketball career. Do you think Wright will finally get some solid minutes consistently? I think he can be a good player on both ends but he doesn't get the opportunity enough.

Wasn't Wade a 20 PPG scorer his senior year on a ranked Marquette team? Wasn't he an All American? George was on next to nobody's radar until the draft workouts began, where Wade was well known. I don think he's gonna be amazing but idk if he's starter quality yet. It's like Matthew Stafford or something, all the potential and talent in the world, but do you start them on a bad team from day 1? I know QB and SG are way different but still.

He should, he was once a top 15 defender at PF/C and an all star.

I love Kemp, but if he goes from the Dodgers to the Yankees, that'd be my two least favorite teams haha. That said, he was my second round draft pick in my fantasy league (11th) right after Mauer, and he really helped at the beginning of the year. Kind of slipping a little but still solid.

I know he's an athletic, energy guy that was a solid scorer and rebounder in college. I only saw him maybe two or three times though.

Yeah, Stephenson can be a stud, I mean look at the guy, he was on that one poster with Wall, Cousins, Favors, and one other HSer last year (maybe Bradley?) for Slam, they thought he'd be a star. He can be. George has been working out with Granger for about a month now interestingly, so I think these guys will get along and share the ball too.

I wasn't able to see the game or highlights, but wow. Not many young guys regroup like that. IDK if he can be the ace of THIS staff with Lincecum and Cain, but hell if he becomes 90% what he's supposed to be the Giants should have something special 3/5 games if they can keep Tim and Matt locked up for a while.

Bumgarner's first game of the season and 5th career appearance, not great but he pitched okay I'd say, giving up 4 to the Red Sox isn't terrible for your season debut as a 20 year old. I think he's gonna be special, didn't get the win though.

I kind of agree, but what's really weird about this is that they've seen what, part of his sophomore season against crap competition and a couple workouts? To guarantee anyone the starting spot after that is a joke, I mean Wall hasn't even been promised the starting spot yet.
