I wouldn't say I'm addicted to anything, like my skin's not crawling right now cause I haven't had my fix in 4 hours or something. I do think I may be closing in on a frozen yogurt addiction, and possibly down the road I'll be to the point I'll have to have coffee, but for now nothing. As far as physical stuff, that's not really an addiction IMO, that's lack or willpower/determination/care to change.
