  1. lol good to hear, he looks kinda stuck up but I guess even if he was he has a reason. I'm glad he seems chill though, now I don't have to hate him when I listen to this song
  2. Who cares if CP3 can't throw 2 alley-oops a game to Ty? Tyson is a far below average shooter from anywhere outside 4 feet, no joke. Emeka can at least hit a few jumpers here and there, and will compliment David West. Now it's basically like having two PFs playing, but Meka can now get better passes than he ever has, and with the better looks his stats (which were already better than Tyson's) will only improve. Hornets will now find a way to get a shooting guard I bet. Thornton has played well in the SL but idk if he'll pan out TBH. I wish we could deal Peja and Posey for a good 2 guard, and have Butler come off the bench for the 2 or 3. Peja played poorly last year, just after being the tell-tale sign of a win or loss in NO. When Peja was on fire, the Hornets were, and when he wasn't we got beat in the WCSF in game 7 (after takinga 3-2 lead thanks partially to the 3 ball). If we can get another good shooter, but someone that also plays D and do this at the 2, then this starting lineup is looking pretty scary. I think Wright will be a 12 point per game guy this year, and with his lock-down defense and jump out of the gym athleticism, he'll have a shot at starting from wire to wire.
  3. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yTuXJNcafjY&feature=haxa_popt00us0c lol wutt that kid's such a dbag, but he's funny for it
  4. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M_8V_RyijlI This song is sick, it's kind of just pop at the beginning but at 3:00 it gets a Weezy appearance. I'm gonna say this is the next really popular song in the states, might even get to Poker Face popularity (I have Gaga ugh lol).
  5. I bet it's either San Francisco or St. Louis that signs him.
  6. OMG We save on cap and get a much better player? PLEASE.
  7. Yeah, one of the picks is conditional but OKC basically gave up none of their future plans, and little of the plans for this year.
  8. Knowing Omar, probably both. Are there any talks of moving Jose? I don't think it would be smart but idk what the talk is in NY. I hope the Giants grab a bat... idk what Washington would want to get Dunn, but beyond Posey and Bumgarner, I'm not sure they'd be interested but Dunn could really help SF, giving us a power bat would make all the difference.
  9. He will take playing time away from young guys like Ibaka that might have played this year, but he gives them more time to learn, and lets OKC win a few more games. The picks might also be the focal point of the trade for OKC, maybe they can be used along with OKC's second rounder to gain an extra first round pick next year.
  10. Unnoticed to Unforgetable: Aaron Brooks - I see Aaron having a very good season, something comparable to Raymond Felton's stat line last year. Think 15 points, 6 assists, and 3 or 4 rebounds, along with 1.5 steals. Courtney Lee - Nobody seemed to notice Lee's defense last year, but he might be on an All-Defense team next year. His biggest improvements will come on the offensive end though, and I feel he is capable of around 18 points per game (a lot coming via the 3 ball, at a sharp-shooting 45%). Brandon Rush - As Riot pointed out, Rush played extremely well as a starter at the end of last season. He's the obvious replacement for Marquis Daniels, and does so without the attitude, and with better defense. Rush will be a good, solid player for the Pacers and be the third option behind Granger and Ford. Anthony Randolph - If Ant doesn't average double figure boards this year, I'd be surprised. I'd be even more surprised if he doesn't end up averaging a fair amount over 15 points per game. If he's added as much weight as I've heard he has, that alone should put him near the top 10 Power Forwards in the game, thanks to his work ethic and hustle. JaVale McGee - A very similar player to Randolph in what I've seen, minus some of the range and plus a little size, I think that McGee's athleticism will get him the starting spot somewhere in the early parts of the season. If he plays the 4 or 5, it shouldn't change his mentality much. He seems to try to get to the rim every play, which will lead to him shooting very close to 50% from the floor and getting a few shots from the charity stripe on a night-to-night basis. Star to Superstar: O.J. Mayo - I think he'll end up averaging around 5 assists a game this year and show he does indeed have PG skills. His scoring will be improved, around 23 points a game I'd say, and he will also throw in 5 rebounds and a couple steals. I'm thinking Dwyane Wade year 2 stats, basically. Russell Westbrook - Some might not consider him a star yet, but I think he'll be a much improved passer, and his scoring will naturally improve after a year of experience and conditioning. I'm think 18 points, 7 assists, and 5 rebounds per game. Paul Millsap - Another guy that's not really considered a star yet by most, he would have a lot more attention if he played for LA or Orlando and started. He'll average around 20 points and 13 rebounds a game this year assuming Boozer isn't kept in Utah. Throw in a few blocks each game and he might be an All-Defense team member in a few years.
  11. As it has been said, Mayo here. Having a backcourt of two 1.5 guards (combo), they can both handle the ball well. I'd have Wade at point, and obviously Mayo at the 2, but it wouldn't really matter who had the ball on a fastbreak, and it allows Wade to get open or distribute.
  12. The Clippers are financially pretty smart as far as I know, they share Staples with the Lakers. That saves them a lot of money. As far as the basketball end of it, they had a playoff team 3 or 4 years ago if I recall, and will maybe have one this year. They have a pretty nice future, while Minnesota's might all leave in FA in the next 2 years.
  13. Nice, I like the 1 year part, maybe he'll go somewhere I like next year.
  14. Sort of, but Julian is a definite small forward, whereas Warrick plays the 4 most of the time. Julian plays decent defense, while Warrick is still pretty raw on that end, and needs to add some weight and rebound better. Their offensive game is pretty similar though, but Warrick's is more effective because he has a lot more quickness over the guy guarding him at the 4.
  15. Yeah, 3 assists and 7 TOs. I think it'll be more like 15 points, 3 rebounds, and 4.5 assists. There's not really much to pass to on that team.
  16. Hakim averaged 11 points in 26 mins I think last year. if he played a solid 32 minutes a game, he could easily average 15 points a game as a starter. I heard New Orleans is going after him. <3
  17. Assuming Sessions is gone, who else would have?
  18. I think Warrick's going to end up scoring 15 a game this year, and add rebounding to his skillset.
