  1. The Pacers have really scouted the Bulls well. When the Pacers put a player in the post, the Bulls always three quarter and help leaving a player open to flash to the free throw line and be wide open. Hansbrough has made a living in this game off those open 18 footers.
  2. Good patience by Collison not rushing that 4-3 break, making sure to get into the paint, then tagging Granger for a three. He's impressed me so far. I wasn't high on Collison but he's played great.
  3. I'm incredibly impressed with this Pacers team. I thought their defense would be okay because O'Brien instilled good defensive principles, but their offensive awareness has been off-the-charts.
  4. The last few minutes are the reason why Kurt Thomas keeps finding his way onto rosters. Some hard work on the offensive glass and some great help defense.
  5. Rose keeps having to go under McRobert's screens and the Pacer's point guards keep hitting threes. Good shooting by Indiana, they're really shooting with confidence...as Dunleavy botches a rotation.
  6. Brandon Rush shouldn't isolate so much. He's not talented enough to succeed in a lot of isolation plays.
  7. Foster's setting some great screens and Price hits a tough shot. Indy's playing well. And what a pass by Rose!
  8. Jeff foster is my homeboy.Good hands to strip Korver and he's always in good offensive rebounding position.
  9. Basketball: You got your hands all over me. Least you can do is buy me dinner! Bad-dum Ching!
  10. Even though he got blocked, McRoberts set a good screen before that roll to the hoop, and Foster just wiped out Watson. Indiana's offense is executing nicely.
  11. 1) What's your take on the Rockets' wing situation coming up. There are a lot of talented players. How do you want to see wing minutes divvied up? 2) With Shane Battier gone, and Yao perpetually hurt, who would you say is the team's leader? 3) Kyle Lowry has emerged as, possibly, the best defensive point guard in the NBA. Do you keep him as a starter? 4) Kevin Martin is hyper-efficient, soft, and defenseless. Where does he stand in your opinion? 5) As a Rockies fan myself, would you say that for the Rockets, Rocktober is the best month of the year?
  12. I will say this. While Prokhorov wasn't able to capitalize on most of his immediate goals, and the Nets weren't very good, he's ran the organization the right way. The team still needs to make strides, but they aren't a laughingstock and have a reason for an exciting future. Nets fans should be cautiously optimistic.
  13. Homophobic slurs shouldn't be tolerated and neither should the verbal abuse of referees. I have no qualms with the spirit of the punishment.
  14. What do you expect? Charlie V is cancerous to his team and the league.
  15. You know, what, it's time for an elite question answerer to step up. And that person is me. Let's do this.
  16. Patience, Spoelstra sticking to principles, booting Arroyo to get more talent, not panicking and replacing Anthony with Erick Dampier, and having Wade and Bron start playing better with each other. The Heat still have major flaws, but they deserve credit for staying the course. They aren't as far off from Chicago as many would lead to believe. They play defense too in Miami.
  17. I hope the people watching this game will finally stop saying stupid things like Wade, LeBron, and Bosh don't play defense. They're not perfect defenders (Bosh is only average to slightly above average), but none is a bad defender.
  18. The Heat are playing much harder and much tougher than the Celtics.
  19. The thing he was pissed the most at is that the Celtics were granted a time out when they barely had possession.
  20. I don't think Kobe's had a great year. I think he's clearly lost a step, He doesn't elevate as well as he used to, he takes too many plays off on defense, and he hasn't been playing at an All-NBA first team level. After a disastrous start, Wade's been Wade. He's been more efficient in virtually every single category and has played better basketball.
  21. Ah Jack Tretton. Just another reason I'm proud to have never owned any Playstation products in my lifetime.
