Should NBA either drop, or change the age limit?
Erick Blasco replied to Abro's topic in General NBA Discussion
The NBA product has improved considerably since the age limit was introduced. -
ECF GM2: Miami at Chicago (CHI 1-0)

Haslem is a baaaad dude. -
Go count the number of times the word fixed has been typed in this thread. I like the idea that decent teams can win the jackpot and get the #1 pick. One, even though they didn't make the playoffs, they still have a light at the end of the tunnel. Two, thanks to the draft, it's easier for awful teams to become really good than mediocre teams. The way the NBA lottery is set up allows decent, but non-playoff teams to have a chance at striking gold. Three, it mitigates the effectiveness of tanking. The lottery is fine.

Has anybody here ever taken a mathematics class? If you ran these simulations 100 times, in a perfect world, that Clippers pick is earning that top spot 2.8 times. Not zero times. The Cavs own pick actually dropped. Cleveland would've been pretty screwed and would've picked fourth if not for the trade they made. As for the T-Wolves being pissed...the team with the worst record ONLY has a 45% chance of earning a top two pick. Think about that if you're a team purposely trying to lose (not saying Minny did) The T-wolves should be happy they got a top 2 pick.

Gutsy win for the Thunder. They're well prepared for Dallas. -

Randolph no help on the weak side, Durant hits his third dunk off a backcut. -

Tough rotation for Conley, but he has to drop down and find a way to get a board over Collison. -

Grizzlies haven't thrown in the towel yet, though they're getting outplayed. They need an answer for Collison though. They haven't had one. -

Durant blocks Battier's layup, he's played great on both ends after the first quarter. -

I wonder how long Randolph sits. The Grizzlies get more spacing with this lineup, but Randolph has played well. Tough dilemma. -

Durant's getting held a lot curling around screens. Randolph and Ibaka are grappling each other on the glass. It's the playoffs. -

Oklahoma City's defense has started to impose its will, and the Grizzlies have lost discipline defensively. It's red alert time for them in Oklahoma City. -

Where would the Grizz be without Randolph anchoring them on the offensive glass...as the censor mutes the audio after you hear the player scream [expletive] lol -

Collison stabilized the game early and has been outstanding late. what a game that really won't be illuminated in the box score. -

Harden is having one of those "I'm taking the next step" series. Scoring, shooting, passing, defense, work-ethic---on a team without Durant and Westbrook, he could be a huge scorer and a go-to player. -

Do you trust Harden defending LeBron and Wade? Not a criticism, just a question. -

The Grizz are responding on offense, but how are they going to stop this offensive barrage. Durant got a wall and found himself wide open for a three. Nobody on the Grizzlies helped. -

Man, on the replay of Durant's three, nobody hustled back for Memphis. That's how you give up back-breaking threes. -

That's not a foul, that's amazing defense by Durant. All ball up top, no body down low. Then he hustles back and hits a transition three. -

Harden so composed...and it all started with Mayo letting Westbrook beat him to his strong hand.
