Kobe. And not because I'm a Laker fan... Well, maybe it's mostly because of that...

CP3 doesn't get the media support that other superstars have. Yes, this is utterly disappointing.

Kobe Likely To Miss All-Star Game
Hero replied to MainEv3nt's topic in Los Angeles Lakers Team Forum
I'd rather that he missed the All-Star Game altogether. He needs the rest more than he gives himself credit for. -
+1 Great analysis. I never really looked at it that way before. Now that you mentioned it, I miss Trevor Ariza. He really complimented the team more than Artest did.
-
I guess I'd have to agree with you on that.

What should the Celtics do with Allen?
Hero replied to SRT Spidey's topic in Boston Celtics Team Forum
I have a question though, and I hope you don't think of me as being ignorant or anything, but why are the Celtics considering trading Ray Allen? I think he's been doing a remarkable job with the team has he not? -
You know, I can finally stop cringing everytime I here the Lakers are going against Portland. Great win for us. Yay!

My apologies, I may have gotten carried away there as I was writing that, but yeah I too just wanted a mix. I wanted to know what other fans were thinking. Maybe I got bored of just sticking to one team I guess.

Honestly I liked X-2 too, because watching Yuna, Rikku and Pain was really hot. I really liked Rikku...she was hot...

I'm crossing my fingers...

Kevin Durant is my second favorite player next to Kobe. The moment I saw him I knew we were going to be in for a treat. The things that Durant does is so amazing. He's a great guy. I've been thinking to myself, there is life after Kobe after all.

I've been playing Final Fantasy ever since Mystic Quest. I must say that the development of the game is really fascinating. Ask me anything about Final Fantasy and I'm sure I can give you an answer or two. This is truly my favorite video game series, a close second would be Metal Gear. I can't wait to play Final Fantasy XIII (but I don't have a PS3 yet waaaaahhhh!!)

Gee thanks Brandon. Glad I registered at the best

Honestly I'm not sure. Being at point is more tiring than being at SG. I think what Spoelstra is doing is alright, but sooner or later the Heat will need a solid PG to compliment the team play. Do you have any ideas who can fit into the Heat's system?

Now, I have never supported Lebron James, nor will I ever, but this guy has been putting up astounding numbers. LBJ is a freak of nature. His team has the best record in the NBA. If the season ended right now, I personally would vote for Lebron as the MVP. I don't like it, but I'm not biased either. I just hope the Cavs don't make it to the second round of the playoffs.
-
This I agree wholeheartedly. But in two years time? I think Rondo will become the best.

I saw the site on Brandon's signature back at TLN. I decided to see what's up and now, I think I've found a home. After kb24.com got effed up, moved to TLN, but found out how horrendous some Laker fans were, I decided I needed to move. Maybe it's just me I guess. I couldn't understand why someone would make a Lebron James Appreciation Thread in a Lakers forum. That made my decision. At least I'd understand it more here since there are real Cavs fans in this forum.

I think this is one great forum you got here Real Deal. I think I'll be posting more in here thank you very much. It's nice to have other fans of other teams converge together and know what's going on in their minds.

Congratulations OTR! I can't believe I've missed so much.

With all the jumping around that he's doing, it's bound to take a toll on Lebron's body one way or another. Playing basketball almost everyday for 7+ months is also bound to take a toll on your body too. And who's to say that he won't be in a season where he breaks his finger on his shooting hand, strains his groin, lands flat on his back while making a shot, has a sore ankle, breaks another finger on his shooting hand, or his muscles and veins just pop from all the steroids he's injecting into his body?
-
I'm taking Durant. He's a phenomenal player who can score easily with his size advantage. He does need to perfect his post play, but in more years to come, I think it will come to fruition.
-
I think Rondo has already established himself as one of the best PG's in the NBA, probably behind only to Nash. This kid can definitely play, and I respect him for that. Wish he was in the Lakers. Trade ya for Adam Morrisson, Sasha Vujacic and Jordan Farmar? Do it Mitch!
-
Kobe easily. He's just the best at that, making clutch shots. Jordan could probably a be a close second, but the distance is really, really growing at a steady pace.
-
Win or lose, Kobe should rest. I don't think it'll help the team that much if he played. Let the Cavs get the most wins in the regular season. Come the playoffs, we need to be focused.
