  1. Why would the Hornets want Holiday...we already have Collison. Give us Iggy or Thad & Speights plus the pick.
  2. Hard to beat Distant Relatives though.
  3. He's mediocre as [expletive] from what I've seen, most likely to bust TBH. His skill from the perimeter is hard to ignore though.
  4. 1. Washington Wizards - John Wall No explanation needed. 2. Philadelphia 76ers - Evan Turner With Iggy potentially on the move and their 4 and 5 positions set for at least this upcoming year, Turner is the PERFECT pick here. 3. New Jersey Nets - Demarcus Cousins I think the Net's received a blessing here, Cousins and Lopez could be deadly for a long time in the back court. 4. Minnesota Timberwolves - Wesley Johnson I think the Timberwolves will surprise people this year, not only with the best SF in the draft, they also have a lot of CAP room and two other first rounders. Can you say the 2010-11 Trailblazers? 5. Sacremento Kings - Derrick Favors The Kings are lacking in the four and five positions, platooning guys in and out. Favors won't be great his first year but I think he has one of the highest potentials in this years draft. 6. Golden State Warriors - Al-Farouq Aminu The Golden State Warriors are another great young team with A LOT of talent. Though they have a few GOOD SF's, Aminu's athletic ability is too hard to pass on here. Monroe is also a solid pick here as Randolph's future is shaky. 7. Detroit Pistons - Greg Monroe Mo Town gets their next Ben Wallace, at least they hope. 8. Los Angeles Clippers - Eminem The Clippers are in a hard spot here. There are no wing-players worthy of this pick, or even close to it. I don't think they'll trade out but it's the only viable option at this point. 9. Utah Jazz - Cole Aldrich With Boozer leaving they'll need a man down low who will stay under the basket. Okur isn't that. 10. Indiana Pacers - Ekpe Udoh Don't know much about this guy but from what I've heard he's a great talent at the four spot. 11. New Orleans Hornets - Hassen Whiteside My wild card pick, has the most potential in the draft but is also a huge risk. The Hornets need a big-man for the future with West (hopefully) leaving soon and Okafor getting us no where. 12. Memphis Grizzlies - Patrick Patterson The most unknown player from Kentucky in this draft (lolwut?) would be a great pick here. Randolph doesn't play great defense at all, he would be a great change of pace players. Dejaun Blair anyone? 13. Toronto Raptors - Daniel Orton Orton was overshadowed by Cousins and Patterson and the other Kentucky stars, and his decision to come out is questionable but I think he has the ability to come in 2011 and be a key player for the Raptors. 14. Houston Rockets - Donatas Motiejunas Another wild card, this will probably change. Holla at me.
  5. Great business man, very good rapper.
  6. Why does it matter if the worst team gets the best pick? They should be punished for being [expletive]ty lol.
  7. Needless to say, he's a far better business man than rapper.
  8. Can anyone take this dude seriously anymore?
  9. Hi-Tek is one of the most underrated producers of all-time.
  10. Haven't really liked many albums this year (hurry the [expletive] up Jay Elec) but I have enjoyed Distant Relatives from what I've heard so far. Gotta check out Reflection Eternal's album and Plastic Beaches (why the [expletive] haven't I downloaded it yet?).
  11. No, I'm not lol. Obviously I'm not the only one who feels this way about Kanye. My opinion matters to me more than yours, since you have shown you lack knowledge on hip-hop while other guys in this thread have. I respect their opinions. Just because my thoughts don't coincide with yours doesn't mean you need to [expletive] about it. Best production? Get out of here dude. You just seem to keep retracting your earlier statement as you are proven wrong over and over again.
  12. and....? Illmatic is better than any Kanye album combined.
  13. No, they weren't lol. I'm not denying that some of them were good or above average but the overall flow of the album and soul of it is missing. RR spits game. Certain sonic touches are subtle enough to go unnoticed; a few clever metaphors will only click on your third or fourth listen. But it isn't enough to save 'Graduation' from paling in comparison to his previous two efforts. Two particular flaws decimate the albums potential: a lack of huge singles to follow on from 'Stronger'; and an absence of fun and humility. In his quest to be taken seriously as an MC, Kanye has forgotten that the listener still requires entertaining – and a sense of humour failure dovetails with his overly-defensive ego. He has taken a risk in every aspect of this album: no skits, a more electronic sound, a smaller selection of songs, fewer guest rappers. It is commendable, and could well have paid off, but the risk falls flat. Face it dude, I don't need you to preach to me about how you think it's an amazing album when you probably don't have half the knowledge on hip-hop as me or some others on this site.
  14. Yeah I'll probably just wait till it goes down in price, games cost too much these days.
  15. When's it coming out? Not sure if I wanna break the bank for this or MLB.
  16. Being a Hornets fan, I know they won't get the first pick but anyway... Trade Paul. Package Okafor with him. Trade down to draft Cousins.
  17. What? lol, a guy just agreed with me you idiot.
  18. I'd put about three of them - Can't Tell Me Nothin', Good Mornings, and The Glory - on par with most of the LR and CD songs, but the others were woeful.
  19. You know hip-hop yet you're saying Graduation is Kanye's best album...hm. Get real dude, Lupe is my favorite artist and even I know College Dropout is better than F&L. You just took an example of a skit (of which Kanye executes perfectly on his albums, funny how they weren't on graduation...) song. It's a much deeper albums, as far as songs guest appearances, and the production is about 10x better than F&L. I hold Lupe in high regards an an MC but F&L (The Cool >* for the record) doesn't have nearly the heart and soul that College Dropout has.
  20. lmao graduation was [expletive] dude, learn some hip-hop. kanye sold the [expletive] out with that album. and food & liquor doesn't compare to it.
