welllllllllll as far as my knowledge goes because i tried to play old xbox games ages ago. i think you can only play a certain games by developer.. (eg only ubisoft games you can play on your 360) if you follow. i looked to find something to buy download but i found nothing, however this was 3 maybe 4 years ago? so something may of came out. im sure you know but if you have xbox live, go into the marketplace and there are a lot of original xbox games there, possibly the game you are after is in there. a wild shot in the dark. you may be able to mod you xbox 360 to play old xbox games but then again its a risky thing to do if you dont know what your doing. i dont know if i even answered your question
