Beta = You're playing a map of the game a few weeks before it's released, and a few bugs and glitches will be fixed when the game is released. Demo = You're playing a map of the game a few weeks before it's released, and there will be less bugs and glitches, as it's a nearly final product. Enormous difference. Thank the OTR Gods that you stopped in to correct it, we almost had mass confusion here.

The demo was horriawful.. more-so for the consoles. Lots of bugs. Have to imagine they're worked out, and the game would be just fine.
