Right, I wasn't even being 100% serious... My quasi-point was that he could end up being a [expletive] stick like Weiss and not come over. I hope Weiss gets [expletive]ed with a baguette.

Landry Fields Stanford Highlights: The dunk around 3:45 got me hyped. He seems to have a very pro translated game, he reminds me a ton of Wilson Chandler. Maybe this is in anticipation of him leaving in a trade? We'll see. EDIT: Jonah, just saw your thoughts on Fields replacing Chandler... I agree.

lol apparently Alabi's stock plummeted because he has Hep B

THE GOAL, reactions from around the world
NomarFachix replied to NomarFachix's topic in Soccer Forum
Take a step back and experience a little perception, this is the largest goal in US soccer history. For Americans, it is THE GOAL. Accept it. Savor it. Swallow it. Yum, delicious. -
Ran my NFL site on forumer, but it's just a typical forum based hosting service.

Look at Italy, look at the magnitude of the match, look at the dramatics involved, look at the US soccer history. Just... take a look around. -

I'm trying to figure out what part made you so mad that you had to make such condescending criticisms. Figured it was that USA was hopeful and thrilled while Canada was sitting on their thumbs and didn't even make the tourney. Lemme know what irked you so much. Sidenote: It's not "the goal"? It was possibly (probably) the biggest goal in US soccer history... Get over yourself. -

When does Canada play? Big ups for acting like a scorned pair of roastbeef curtained labia. -
I am thankful that they did.

Not disgusted with the Knicks picks. Rautins is a must in a D'Antoni system, a knockdown guard doesn't sound bad. Shot #1 at the combine. Fields had the 2nd highest verticle, and watching his video, he's got a fairly polished offensive game. I guess I'll have to wait and see what happens, but I can't completely bash the draft picks until camp.

Didn't go to the game Sunday, didn't realize uniform pants weren't included, so I... didn't have any. Might as well throw in softball results in here, won both games Monday handily, team is very good. Don't remember personal stats, hit a lot of singles though. Split games tonight, the team is honestly not that good at all. Finished 4-5 with a 3-run homer, double, two singles and a walk... I think I had 5 or 6 RBI total. Threw the tying run out at home in the first game to end it. This Sunday is making me anxious, I have a big feeling that I'm going to struggle. We'll see.
