Well I don't think so, because they're playing for 45 minutes non-stop with no breaks, there are no timeouts or periods or quarters, there is 45 minutes of endless running, a halftime, and then 45 more of the same.

Which is why they are working so GD hard to set up the smallest chance at a goal.. and why every goal is so ridiculously monumental.. and why any attack makes the entire crowd stand in anticipation.. You're a hockey fan, you should get it. There are differences, sure... but you should get it.

I hear you, and I think that's the reasoning for a ton of gamers. XBOX was cheaper and came out first, so they already had a base community and for that reason alone people drifted towards XBOX. It's also the "cooler" system for younger/teen gamers, it's been that way since the original XBOX came out against the PS2. I had a 360, but eventually traded it in for a PS3 because I like the exclusives a ton more, I don't feel the drop in online gaming (sure, the dashboard isn't pretty, it's a tad longer to connect with friends from the in-game menu, and you can't party chat while playing different games... but it's not breaking for me), and the overall experience has been more enjoyable for me. Plus, you get the PSOne DLC with games like FF8, Crash Bandicoot, etc. One thing I miss from my 360? Scene It! That was a bomb party game.

I have the GoTY edition of Batman: Arkham Asylum for PS3, which features a 3D version with 3D glasses, but you can turn it off and it looks like the regular game.
