He has good read and react skills. He is great in run support. He has tremendous straight line and recovery speed. He is rarely out of position. Great at blanketing deep receivers. Good acceleration. Good change of direction. Good tackler in the open field. Good at eluding blocks. Long arms. Explosive tackler. Freakish athleticism, speed, and size. Does he choose to lay a destructive hit than pick the ball off? Absolutely. A lot of his lack of INT's had to do with this. A lot of it also had to do with his playing centerfield at USC and teams simply not throwing at him. A lot of ignorant and amateur scouts will look at his INT totals and say he doesn't have ball skills... it simply isn't true. He might rather to hit than intercept, but that's just his killer instinct. If he gets the right dbacks coach at the next level, the sky is the limit. You have to admit he has the highest ceiling of any safety in the draft. I am drunk and don't really care... I just think Mays gets a bad wrap for playing in a system that didn't feature the pretty stats for him. He will be a great pro... in my stupid opinion. Whoever gets him is getting a beast.

You'd never witness this in Philly or in the Garden. A lot of Devils fans (I know from living in prime time Devils area) are casual fruits who don't know much about hockey... Just that the Devils are good, so they'll emptily root for them.

Bro, I never called him a pro bowler.
-
I didn't crown him as anything. I can tell, however, that you haven't watched the kid much. Amateur scouting reports are not the be-all for NFL prospects.
-
You understand that you can't prove he won't be either, right?
-
You do understand that Taylor Mays and Roy Williams were worlds different players in college... right?
-
Do you ever stop?

If Wilson beats out Cro for the CB2 spot and Cro starts at FS and is allowed to roam for picks... very, very, very scary defense.

I am practically begging the Raiders to trade back into the 1st round and take Clausen. I think Mays is a great pro. Perfect choice for a Rex Ryan defense.

Close second to the "SHE SAID NO!" chant when the Steelers were up

Cee-Lo is drastically underrated, he is filth

Are you talking about Osi? Kiwi? Oh, JPP. Welcome to the club, frenchie. Our run D is going to be awful if we don't make any moves.
-
Hopefully they change overtime rules to a backflip contest.

You're great at taking jokes, nice. -_- What is this "outside" you speak of?

Giants coming up, I'd be thrilled with Bulaga or Morgan. Bulaga starts at RT, Beatty at LT, Diehl slides back in to his natural LG position, and our offensive line gets a ton better. If we take Morgan, I want to deal Osi for a 2nd before the night is done.

lol Brandon Graham? I'll laff

I was mocking, his name is Trent Williams, not Trent Williamson.
-
Not to be a hater, but I haven't seen many mocks that didn't have that top 4.
-
I have strong doubts that pick #4 is Trent Williamson.
-
Can't see the Giants taking Hughes, he belongs at OLB in a 3-4 defense. We already have Clint Sintim who is basically a clone, with Boley at the other side in our 4-3.

Mays is a great player who got dogged bad throughout this draft process at no fault of his own. I agree that he's not going at 13 and it would be a reach there, but only because of perception and draft values. I think he's there at the start of the 2nd round, and whoever gets him is getting tremendous value (yes, at safety... not linebacker).
