  1. Well I wouldn't expect much from Curry but it's a big body that the Heat desperately need. The problem with Curry though is he has good size but he is a terrible rebounder even worse than Bargnani.
  2. That's actually good to hear. When I was looking at many scouts review on Motiejunas during the draft it was said that rebounding was one of the weaker areas of his game. IDK if it's tougher to rebound overseas compared to the NBA because I don't watch much European ball but its a step in the right direction for his game anyway it goes.

  4. I don't know if I'm late on this kid or if this is fake or not but this is some off the funniest stuff on youtube to me. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YersIyzsOpc http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WWBfLOZ2CjQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nn8OWZyKIoU
  5. I hope the Rockets aren't dumb enough to give Dalembert a big pay day. I don't mind adding him to the team but it would have to be for a bargain or a 1 year deal like you said but it doesn't seem like thats what he's looking for.
  6. LMAO at Hartmann's injury. Hopefully Andre is able to play next week if not we should be able to win at least 2 of the next 4 games with the win today. Allen's injury didn't look to serious it looked like he just got his head rung and Cushing looks o.k.
  7. I got to so I've been pretty impressed with Yates so far he's been making very smart plays and decisions. We have to step it up on offense next half though, the defense has played well but the Falcons have shot themselves in the foot on a couple of plays too.
  8. Not much with the team we have currently maybe 35 or more wins and a first round exit if we make the playoffs. If we can sign some key players in free agency and make some good trades then we can do better I believe but it's to early to say well just have to wait for the season.
  9. LOL you know i was just thinking of the Texans signing back Sage. And other than that little picture you got where he's spins around in mid-air (which was hilarious yet embarsing) he was actually a pretty damn good back up. He knows the system well and I would trust him more than Yates right now. I just hope he isn't to rusty and he doesn't have anymore problems like the article says.
  10. Delhomme I think would be an alright fit, Ramsey not so sure about. Also Trent Green could be another candidate for us possibly. Yeah I agree though I felt Kub's could have let Yates rep out a little bit more than what he did but I guess he was being conservative with the pass for fear of getting picked off for a TD.
  11. I'm not saying that Yates isn't good he played decent and he shows potential but he clearly showed he's not ready to step up and start for us now. Plus he hasn't gotten any kind of reps with the team doing gametime other than today. As for Favre I wouldn't mind us getting him I feel were a for sure playoff team with him but I just feel he's alot older and I don't know how his attitude would fit with our team. Then again same thing can be said for Culpepper and Garcia so at this point we really don't have much to lose.
  12. Yep either him Trent Edwards, Jeff Garcia, or Daunte Culpepper. I'd honestly perfer Garcia or Culpepper though I think Favre is done and needs to stay retired. I haven't seen much of Edwards so I can't comment.
  13. Possibly but for some reason I see Durant taking the MVP this year.
  14. Leinart just got he's first TD as a Texan. So far he's been doing a pretty decent job I just hope he can keep it up for the rest of this game and for the season.
  15. For the first IDK thats a tough one I want to say Chicago but I feel their a couple of years away from possibly making it to the Finals with or without a SG. Plus they still have to worry about a very hungry Miami Heat team and Boston Celtics team who I'm sure is seeking redemption from their early exit last year. As for OKC I think they have the peices they just need more time to develope and with teams like San Antonio, Dallas, and the Lakers getting older their chances of taking the West is getting closer. It's still hard for me to say but I'll say OKC because their odds look better than the Bulls for the next couple of years. As for Boston and LA I have to go with LA. Both teams are getting older and have had their injuries but I think a healthy Laker team can outdo a healthy Celtics team. Plus the Lakers are still arguably the best team in the West despite being swept in the Semi-Finals last year. If Kobe and Bynum are 100% this year and Artest or Metta World Peace can get his head out of his ass and stop acting so hollywood we can see a much hungry team this year then what we saw last year.
  16. If this is true I'm not really sure how this would work out for the Bulls. I think they have noting to lose in signing him since they have a hole a 2 gaurd to be addressed but if I was with the Bulls I would be looking at younger 2 gaurds to pair with D-Rose like Arron Afflalo. I think if T-Mac can stay healthy he can help them out alot but I would still keep my option open for other players.
  17. After reading this article I'm a little bit more confident with Leinart in the backfield but I want Schuab back there obviously. I still think well win the games we are supposed because of our D and our run game I just hope Leinart finds Andre, Foster, Daniels, etc... the same way Schuab would.
  18. I hope he does, I really don't buy Schuab being out for the season the Texans are to close to the playoffs for him to pull something like this. Not blaming him for his injury but if Leinart isn't what the coaches think he will be then Schaub needs to suck it up put a boot on and play
  19. WTF I thought he was out only for 3 or 4 weeks WTH happened to that?
  20. I just decided to make a thread about 2 of the most biased guys I've ever seen talking about sports Skip Bayless and Bruce Blitz. Two me both are pretty knowleadgeable sports fans and make good point from time to time but these 2 have to be by far the most biased when it comes to talking about Kobe and LeBron. From Blitz's point of view Kobe is the most overrated and selfish player who has ever played in the NBA, as a Kobe fan I disagree but I see he's points and for the most part alot are interesting and true but my problem with Blitz is how he rides MJ and LeBron in all of his videos and spends his whole time trying to bash Kobe. In other words he is to Kobe what Skip is to LeBron. Speaking of Skip I think there's really no need to talk much about him anyone who watches First Take in the morning knows how he is. Like Blitz he finds LeBron to be very overrated and at times he makes his point about him the problem is he doesn't always have significant facts to back up his talk like Bruce. That being said though Skip has been proven right plenty of times regardless and at the same time proven wrong. Overall like I said I think both make good points from time to time but both are very biased guys if you ask me. What is everyone else's take on these guys and who do you find to be more biased? And for those who have never heard of Blitz here's a video to get you familiar with him. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nc2yQSNJ8Kc
  21. Can't say I didn't see this coming, Chad will be next if he doesn't get himself together
  22. Really!!! Damn thats crazy why is everyone dying all of a sudden, just yesterday Joe Frazier now Heavy D. Oh well R.I.P Heavy D one of the best rappers of the early 90's
  23. I'd say it's about half and half when people talking about him being a bust. Alot of people I know actually felt he was going to be the next big thing coming out of college. And I completely agree Cam does deserve all the hype he is getting but when I said hype I guess I should have been more specific, I mean hype as in expectation. LeBron had alot of expectation coming in so did Cam whether it was good or not people were very interested to see how Cam would play same with LeBron.
  24. I hope the Rockets won't be desperate enough to play him at Center. He has the height but not the body, he will be ate alive by the likes of Howard, Bynum and even other young and up and coming centers like Cousins, D Jordan, and McGee. Please let him play the 4 not only does it suit him but he will create mismatch problems for most teams.
  25. Oh I have no problem with Cam myself I was actually a big fan of his when he was at Auburn and I'm a fan of him now with the Panthers. I was just agreeing that he is just as hyped up as LeBron was as a rookie or before he even stepped on the pro stage fro that matter. Cam's jut as much of a beast as LeBron was a rookie so no hating there at all.
