IW sends the patch into Microsoft so it can be fixed. Microsoft has to accept it when there's hundreds of other patches sent in, and it's not like they can instantly figure out how to fix the glitch.

Yeah, I heard they patched it for PS3 so 360s should be soon. But, there's a new way around it for PS3 too, post patch, so hopefully that doesn't come to 360 too.
