Not really. I love Andrew Luck, and how well Standford's defense is playing, but I'm still taking Oregon in a hostile environment with the most explosive player in the country, LaMicheal James.

NBA To Ban Mock Turtlenecks Worn By Coaches
La Bomba replied to Poe's topic in General NBA Discussion
Who cares? Just about every other job in the world has some sort of uniform policy, and those people are winning a whole lot less than anyone involved in the NBA. I seriously doubt it even bothers players and coaches that much. -
http://www.culturebully.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/Only-Built-4-Cuban-Linx-II-raekwon-2.jpg Came out two years ago, but I listened to it yesterday from beginning to end and it's just an amazing album. May not be as good as Part 1 (Part 1 is easily one of my 10 favorite albums of all time), but it's right there with it.

Literally everything he's released since his album has been unlistenable. Erase Me flat out sucks.
-
Even though he's a Wildcat, Micheal Gilchrist is better than Rivers.
-
To me, he's one of the five best centers in the league when healthy, but he's never healthy. I don't think the Lakers will be able to beat the Heat this year if they don't have him at 100%. Do you think the Lakers may consider trading him for a less talented, but healthier center this season?

Grizzlies sign 1st round picks Henry, Vasquez
La Bomba replied to Newman's topic in Memphis Grizzlies Team Forum
Finally. I think Henry can be a huge contributer off the bench. -
Good addition. Congrats AL.

Micheal Smith and Kirk Herbstreet.

I have a bunch of Tigers shirts that I always where when I work out, but thats the only time I wear them.
-
Real played great today. Only two goals, but we also had 32 chances.
-
By far when the Tigers lost to Kansas in the National Championship. Nothing else even comes close.

Where were you September 11th?
La Bomba replied to YugoRocketsFan's topic in Off-Topic Discussion Forum
I was still in elementary school. I think it was art class when my dad picked me up early. -
Memphis is [expletive]ing horrible, but our freshman quarterback Ryan Williams hasn't been that bad at all.
-
I got this yesterday. It's just like last year's other than that stupid Gameflow thing.
-
Why should Spain even care? They got a fat star on their jersey two months ago while Argentinians were at home making excuses. Argentinians are the biggest cry babies. Their media cried and made excuses the entire time while Spain was kicking [expletive] and taking care of business when it actually matters.

I'm hoping Di Maria is successful and he is only 22 years old, but I really haven't been pleased at all with what I've seen. Benzema looks like a different player compared to last season. And Real isn't going to play with the same lineup every game. Mourinho switches his lineups constantly depending on the team. I think we have seen that the only way to beat Barcelona is with counter attacking football like we saw with Inter.
-
Mascherano is a downgrade from Kieta. EDIT: And we are forgetting about Real's real "star" newcomer. Mourinho beat Barcelona with Inter (and dominated in the first game). Inter had no where near the talent Real has now. Mourinho is bar none the best coach in the world. His track record speaks for itself.

How is Ramos not a true defender? He chosen the best player in his position in the WC. Kherida is there for defensive purposes, but Ozil and Alonso are there to organize play. Barcelona plays with three forwards too. Messi on the right, Villa at center, and Pedro at left. Ronaldo and Higuain won't be traditional forwards. They will play along the flank a lot like Messi and Pedro.
-
GK: Casillas DEF: Ramos, Pepe, Carvalho, Marcelo MID: Kherida, Xabi Alonso, Ozil FORWARDS: Benzema, Higuain, Ronaldo If chemistry works out fine and injuries are minimal, I think Real will definitely put up a great fight against Barcelona and have a good chance of beating them. I love this lineup.

Um, Aregentina had most of their starters while Spain was playing with their bench. Plus... http://bilder.bild.de/BILD/news/bild-english/PICTURES/sport/2010/07/2010-07-12-spain-holland-world-cup-final-iniesta-party-win/spain-world-champions-casillas-trophy-16971808__MBQF,templateId=renderScaled,property=Bild,height=349.jpg

Neither school asks for much at all. If you have a 21 on the ACT and a 3.0 you're in for Alabama, and Memphis isn't tough at all. That's where all the Tennessee-Knoxville rejects go (which I haven't finished applying to yet, but I don't have high hopes). Both schools are great for my major (Journalism), requirements aren't too hard, and are affordable.
-
About a 2.9 GPA and a 24 on the ACT. I'm taking it again tomorrow morning. I'm hoping I get a 26.
-
Got accepted to Memphis and Alabama.

Bobcats Give Miles Shot At Roster
La Bomba replied to The Regime's topic in Charlotte Hornets Team Forum
The Grizzlies gave him a try two years ago and only played a good game against Portland (which is funny because Portland fans hate him). His days in the NBA are done if you ask me.
