  1. The Mississippi State thing was just a strong rumor. Burnetti has come out and said he's sticking with WVU.
  2. NCAA to release report in 4 to 6 weeks http://sports.espn.go.com/ncb/news/story?id=4870252
  3. Now that I think about it, for the Grizzlies I would love Wesley Johnson if Rudy Gay doesn't resign.
  4. Grizzlies will likely be a late lottery pick or 15-20 range if we make the playoffs, which is a fair place to pick Ebanks. I can also see the Grizzlies including the pick in a trade for a veteran small forward.
  5. According to Chad Ford he is, but I haven't heard a thing. Completely forgot about that. I would love to get Wesley Johnson or Devin Ebanks.
  6. Drew Barham, who plays for Memphis, went to my high school.
  7. Either an O-linemen or a DT from Coffeyville JC was considering going to Memphis. I'm not sure if he ever committed. Just thought I'd throw that out there.
  8. Very well deserved. He's the reason for our success and he's completely resurrected his career here. He said he was ready for a new chapter in his life and he has done that and more.
  9. The Nova vs. Syracuse game is going to be great. The Big East continues to dominate.
  10. No way the Grizzlies get a center. We drafted Thabeet last season and management is really high on him. They'll get a guard most likely.
  11. I've been around for three years since '06. The first name I ever had here was carneytime25 because I had an obsession with Rodney Carney. Good times.
  12. Atlanta - Jammal Crawford Boston - Paul Pierce Charlotte - Stephen Jackson Chicago - John Salmons Cleveland - LeBron James Dallas - Dirk Nowitzki Denver - Carmelo Anthony Detroit - Ben Gordan Golden State - Stephen Curry Houston - Aaron Brooks Indiana - Danny Granger LA Lakers - Kobe Bryant LA Clippers - Baron Davis Memphis -Rudy Gay Miami - Dwayne Wade Milwaukee - Brandon Jennings Minnesota - Johnny Flynn New Jersey - Devin Harris New Orleans - James Posey New York - Danilo Galinari Okla City - Kevin Durant Orlando - Vince Carter Philadelphia - Andre Iguodala Phoenix - Steve Nash Portland - Brandon Roy Sacramento -Tyreke Evans San Antonio - Manu Ginobili Toronto - Hedo Turkoglu Utah - Deron Williams Washington - Gilbert Arenas
  13. Hoping for some revenge after they embarrassed us in the first game of the season.
  14. Best time of the year in sports for me. Middle of the UFEA Champions League; conference play for college basketball and March Madness soon, and now that the Grizzlies are actually good, the NBA season is better for me.
  15. Both of the Grizzlies' announcers suck, especially the guy with the southern accent (who is Micheal Oher's adoptive father). Neither can ever say anything bad about any player on the GRizzlies, and criticize the ref for every call, good or bad.
  16. Howard finally gets called for a goal tending. Grizzlies get the lead with a Carrol hook shot.
  17. I don't like that many Kenna songs, but he's a very talented musician.
  18. Every time we are a possession away from tying, Rashard Lewis hits a three. He's getting starting to get hot.
  19. When the Grizzlies start playing poorly, Zach Randolph takes his headband off. After that he starts playing out of his mind. He has done that all year.
  20. Conley doesn't put up great stat lines but he does his job and plays mistake free basketball. In a team loaded with offensive threats, that's all we really need from him. Dwight Howard is such an overrated defensive player.
  21. Both of these teams are extremely fun to watch. Both teams love pushing the break and attacking all game long.
  22. Syracuse is one of the most balanced team in the country. All their players are so unselfish.
  23. I love watching Missouri play, but they are both classy teams so I don't really have a prefernce for a particular team winning. Missouri can beat any team in the country with the style of play, but Kansas is playing at home in arguably the best home court advantage in the country and they're just more talented than Missouri. Kansas takes it in a close game by 8-10 points.
  24. Biggest rivalry in the Big East is played tonight. I hoping the Orange kill Georgetown.
