  1. The jumper is the easiest thing to work on in your offense if you think about it. He's 24, I'm not saying he'll become a shooter, but his jumper is still a work in progress and something he can easily improve in the next years. He isn't going to loose all his strength, athleticism, or speed. He may loose some of it, but saying that LeBron will only average 18 PPG when he's 30, an age where a lot of players are still extremely effective, is laughable.
  2. His ego is so big that he would rather retire before come off the bench. Iverson was a GREAT player. He had a bunch of flaws, but you can't ignore his statistics and his accomplishments (with or without a championship). He's a future HOFer, but I think it's just sad that he'd rather quit playing basketball, than come off the bench. I'm just amazed that anyone could have that attitude.

  6. Great game for everyone across the board offensively. Every starter had good numbers and there was good production off the bench. The defense is lackluster as usual, but a win is a win. Tyreke Evans, 28 points. If anyone is going to have a good game for the Kings I want it to be ex-Tiger, Tyreke Evans. Great season for him so far.

  8. According to the newspaper, it's down to Jim Gray of the Washington Redskins, ex-Clemson coach and Larry Porter, LSU running backs coach. Out of the two I'll take Porter because he's a UofM alum and he's a good recruiter. Of course, recruiting at Memphis is not like recruiting at LSU.
  9. The way he has been playing this season, he deserves that $50+ million contract he wanted. His first choice is Memphis, he already made that clear.

  13. ...the more Rudy looks like the franchise player and the more OJ looks like just a good second option and a really good shooter. Mayo is not aggressive at all. He never penetrates, he just shoots. Rudy has been playing all-star caliber basketball. BTW, Conley sucks. Where's the Conley from the end of last season?
  14. I can't believe the Bucks record is this good. They have one of the least talented roster out there.
  15. No, it's always cheating and it's not a good smart play. It's a good cheap play.
  16. That's why refs give floppers yellows because they try to give themselves an unfair advantage. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dUXJOiJsVf8 If Real Madrid didn't win their game (which they were close to loosing), Barcelona would of won La Liga because of that goal. If the Fifa doesn't do something about it, players will continue to do it.
  17. That's the typical statement from someone who is constantly putting soccer down. They're talking about guys like Eduardo who fell down in the area without given getting touched (pretty sure he got suspended) or guys like Messi or Ronaldo who flop every time they touch the ball. The floping thing is only for penalties and such.
  18. No, for cheating. It was a handball he did on purpose that gave France the victory. The Fifa has been talking about giving suspensions to cheaters who flop to get penalties and use their hands on purpose.

  20. Demo was a lot better than last year. The presentation is amazing.
  21. As of now it seems like LSU's Larry Porter is in the lead.
  22. You can't replay it. People get cheated out of games all the time. Henry should see a heavy suspension though.
  23. Funny, Iverson is gone for three games and there are three wins in a row.
  24. Don't forget Memphis saves around 2 million dollars with Pastner's contract compared to Cal's.
  25. Atlanta is a 45 minute plan ride from Memphis and about 7 hours by car. If that's the reason he quit, he shouldn't of signed in the first place.
