Wow...that made me look really stupid. I'm not going to lie, spelling has never been my forte. Everything I type goes through spell check because I can't trust my spelling.

I hope this helps him raise his NFL stock somewhat. He's a good player, he just had really bad judgement for a little while. From what I've seen, he's been working really hard to polish his image by doing community service hours and everything Chip Kelly has asked him to do.

I still have a year before going through the application process for college and all that, but I'm thinking hard about the school I want to go to. I visited all the schools in the state of Tennessee that I'm interested in and UT-Knoxville is by far the one I would want to go to most. There are still plenty of schools that I want to look at that are out of state, though. I'm pretty sure I want to major in communications or journalism, and I've been sure about that for a while. I think that may help me out compared to those that still have no idea what they want to major. When you were deciding where to go to college, what factored into your decision?

I never read for something other than school mandated, but I picked up The Autobiography of Malcolm X. Not very far into it, but it's definably an interesting read. If you liked Spike Lee's movie adaptation, you'll like the book.

The more I read, the more his name comes up. The has a shady past but it's worth the risk IMO. Here's another list I found: http://www.dixiefriedsports.com/Memphis_Coach_Search.html

So are you just going to drive to Lawrence to figure this out? Does the guy know you're coming?

Really liking Elliot Williams. Great athlete, great penetrator, and a respectable defender. He fits the system well. Wesley Witherspoon is looking much better on defense. Much more aggressive than last year. A lot of scouts say he is the best prospect on the team, he just doesn't have the work ethic. Seeing a lot of full court press.

Watching a stream of an exhibition game right now against a local religious school, not sure what division. A few things I've noticed: - Lots of pressure on defense. I've seen all man to man defense so far. It's a turnover causing defense from what I've noticed. - The offense is more organized. More screens are being set, more ball movement. A lot of penetration just like since Calipari. - Team is very green. Don't expect big things this year. - Fan turnout is great. A packed house for an exhibition game is pretty impressive. - Still can't make freebees.

With that said, I've heard from Memphis insiders that Adonis could be down to UNC and Memphis.

If he retires, do we have to pay the part of his contract? Does he have any guaranteed money in a one year deal? That would be the only downside to this. -

Heisley Would Be 'Disappointed' If Iverson Retired http://realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/62663/20091109/heisley_would_be_disappointed_if_iverson_retired/ Of course it would disappoint him, he's the idiot that wanted to sign him. -
http://realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/62655/20091109/source_iverson_mulling_retirement/ Best news I've heard all season concerning the Grizzlies.

The only game the Saints might not be the favorites against is against the Pats, or against Atlanta at the Georgia Dome. The Saints are playing at the Dome against the Pats where they are the biggest home field advantage in the league IMO. I can see Indy loosing to the Pats, Houston, or the Ravens in the next few games.

This is tough because both teams have a dynamite offense and a pretty good defense. New Orleans has an improved, turnover causing secondary and a weak run defense, while it's pretty much viceversa for the Vikings. I have more trust in Bress than I do in Farve just because Farve is forty and he might run out of gas, but this will just go down to who's the hotter team like ECN said.

Tommy West got fired today. Dan Wolken, the Tigers beat reporter, said on Twitter that Malzahn won't likely take it, so Charlie Strong is the most realistic choice. Also hearing Larry Porter's name more and more, although I think he would be better suited as a OC, which he wouldn't leave LSU for.

http://www.zagsblog.com/2009/11/07/williams-chooses-nbdl-over-china/ I think money and grades were the main issues here, but we could of really used him this year in Memphis.

A read a story about him a few months ago and how hard he works and all the stuff he has gone through in his life. I used to make fun of him all the time, but it looks like the hard work is paying off.

LOL, people at my school are talking about skipping Wednesday just to play it.

Someone go ahead and send me an invite. I want to check this out. badfish709@gmail.com

I'm talking about right now, but I really didn't think about Hedo as a shooting guard, which he can play. LOL, fixed.
-
They were down 17-3 at halftime, which is the same point differential.

I recorded it on my DVR, and the only fight I really wanted to see was the Fedor fight, but for some reason it stopped recording during the fighter introductions. I don't really follow Strikeforce, but I did enjoy seeing Jason Miller, a stupid [expletive]ing clown, loose by decision.
