  3. On This Day in Clippers History: **July 7th, 1978 ** The NBA approved a franchise swap in which Buffalo Braves owner John Y. Brown and Harry Mangurian acquired the Celtics, while the Celtics owner Irv Levin got the Braves, who were later moved to San Diego to become the Clippers.

  12. Clippers make an offer to Jamal Crawford The Clippers offered a contract to Jamal Crawford on Tuesday, but no deal is imminent as he weighs potential interest from the Wolves, Sixers, Suns, and Grizzlies. There was word that Crawford was going to be offered mid-level money over three years, but the terms are undisclosed at this time. The inefficient volume shooter is a liability on defense and needs to be in a second-unit gunning role, and if he signs with the Clippers he'll need to cool it on the bad shots or face the wrath of CP3. 13. Are you reading my mind?! Seriously, 'The Fugitive' = my all-time favorite Harrison Ford flick.
  14. Looks even more interesting than 'Monsters University'.
  15. The Clippers reached out to Courtney Lee on Tuesday after the 6-foot-5 guard was told that the Houston Rockets weren’t going to make him a qualifying offer, a person close to Lee who was not authorized to speak publicly on the matter confirmed to The Times. That makes Lee an unrestricted free agent and able to sign with any team. Multiple reports said that the Indiana Pacers, Chicago Bulls, Dallas Mavericks and Washington Wizards also have interest in Lee. Lee, a four-year veteran, would also be a good fit for the Clippers because they are looking for a big shooting guard and for someone who can spread the floor with his outside shot. Lee, who made $2.2 million last season, averaged 11.4 points last season in 58 games, 26 as a starter for the Rockets. He shot 43.3% from the field, 40.3% from three-point range. The Clippers continue to have interest in guards Jamal Crawford and Ray Allen. Full Story
  16. I'm limited to like 9 options, man. Honestly, 'Apocalypse Now' is kinda overrated.... but it's not like I left out the 'other' option. EDIT: I added "Apocalypse Now" to the poll.
  17. Yeah, it's between NYK and LA. He won't fit at all in OKC, that's for sure, IMO.
