Clippers eye Lamar Odom The Los Angeles Clippers have engaged in trade discussions to bring Lamar Odom back to the L.A. team that drafted him, according to sources close to the situation. Yet the deal, sources said, could hinge on the willingness of a third team to take on the contract of Clippers veteran guard Mo Williams, which would allow the Dallas Mavericks to send Odom to the Clippers with no significant money coming back to the Mavericks. With a Friday deadline looming for the Mavericks to buy out the final year of Odom's contract for $2.4 million, Dallas officials have green-lighted Odom's agent, Jeff Schwartz, to try to find a new home for Odom this week via trade. The Mavericks and Schwartz also have discussed pushing the deadline back into July if an Odom trade can't be struck before Friday. Full Story Mavericks in trade discussions to send Lamar Odom to Clippers Lamar Odom may be on his way back to the Clippers, the team that drafted him in 1999, as L.A. and the Dallas Mavericks have engaged in trade talks around the versatile forward, ESPN.com Marc Stein reports. Any deal, however, may depend on whether the Clippers can get a third team involved to take on the contract of guard Mo Williams, Stein reports, That would mean Dallas could trade away Odom without having to take on additional salary. Williams has maintained that he’ll exercise his $8.5 million option for next season, salary Dallas has no interest in taking on, since it plans to pursue Deron Williams or Steve Nash when free agency opens Sunday. I agree with DDD. And what's with the green vertical line? It's kinda outta place.. just my opinion. Also - a darker background color would fit better. Just my .02.

Though no decision is imminent, the Clippers have begun the process of finding a general manager to replace the departed Neil Olshey, according to officials from three NBA teams who were not authorized to speak publicly on the Clippers situation. Clippers President Andy Roeser and Coach Vinny Del Negro have discussed possible GM candidates, but they haven't yet taken anything to owner Donald Sterling. http://www.latimes.com/sports/la-sp-clippers-gm-20120623,0,2896079.story

Damn, had the most weird dream last night.... Those zombie doods were gonna kill me 'cause of a photo of an old truck I had taken. There were like 50 of them running after me, kinda like in "The Most Wanted" with Keenon Ivory Wayans.
-
I doubt A'mare really cared that much who it was.. Would've done it to anyone.
-
It was clear that Germany would've scored at least 3.
-
Word, as much as I hate to, I have to go with Pierce.
-
SMH, if it wasn't for Greece's 2nd goal, I would've won $20 more.... <_<
-
That's why I don't give such ppl any money.
-
LOL! I won't blame you...
-
Refs have been TERRIBLE! Ukraine got robbed against England. Watching Germany-Greece - blatant penalty (foul against Khedira) overlooked by the refs. Also, Howard Webb needs to get his act right... far from the best ref, right now.
-
I meant the 'French club team.
-
Placed some Asian Handicaps on Germany vs. Greece (Germany -1, -1.5, -2, -3).
-
Wow.. Anyway, Corinthians qualified for the 2012 Libertadores Cup finals last night.
-
Regardless of what happens in Gm 5 - Miami wins the 'ship.. <_<
-
Saw Spain-Croatia highlights, terrible officiating! Croatia got robbed blatantly. <_< The 'Furia Floppers' won't reach the Semis if go on playing like that...

Paul's Injury No Longer A Concern
Sħãlïq™ replied to Sħãlïq™'s topic in Los Angeles Clippers Team Forum
For Chris Paul it is right back to business. After about a two-week break, the superstar point guard returned from North Carolina to work out at the Clippers’ Playa Vista training center Monday morning and was joined at the facility by Eric Bledsoe, who returned to work Monday as well, Travis Leslie, Trey Thompkins, Blake Griffin, and free-agent-to-be Chauncey Billups. “Right now I’m trying to keep my body in the right shape,” Paul said. “It’s just trying to get your conditioning back and stuff like that.” He looked lean and healthy, playing shirtless for most of the session, something he rarely did during the 2011-12 season. In addition to conditioning exercises, he took the court for games of two-on-two with Leslie, Thompkins, and Bledsoe. As assistant coach Robert Pack looked on, he also worked with the young guards for more than 45 minutes of one-on-one, battling the bigger bodied Leslie in the post, cutting off Bledsoe’s driving angles, and finding his usual creative ways to generate space and fire away step-back jumpers. Getting back in the gym was twofold for Paul. First, he’s finally moving past the troublesome groin and hip injuries that forced him to miss the Clippers’ regular-season finale against the New York Knicks and nagged him throughout their 11-game postseason run. http://www.nba.com/clippers/features/chris-paul-back-in-gym-patten-120618.html
