Woman Bites Family Dog, Mom After Coming Home Drunk LAKE IN THE HILLS, Ill. (CBS) — A Lake in the Hills woman was arrested after a night of drinking last weekend, when she allegedly bit a dog during an argument with her mother. As WBBM Newsradio’s Lisa Fielding reports, Analise J. Garner, 19, allegedly bit the 80-pound English bulldog at least three times. She also bit and scratched her mother, police allege. Garner, of the 300 block of Village Creek Drive in Lake in the Hills, was charged with animal cruelty, two counts of domestic battery and underage drinking, Lake in the Hills police Sgt.
