  1. You must be talking about the Division Leader Assignments, right: http://www.otrbasketball.com/forums/topic/24183-division-leader-assignments/
  2. Clips going after Kenyon Martin: Source Would be nice to get some help on the inside. Man, would he really want to go to the Knicks...?! That team is a complete disaster.
  3. So? Maybe, you're asking for a: http://ibxk.com.br/materias/cookie1.jpg
  4. RD, when was the rep system was installed?
  5. You're not considering the fact the rep system wasn't installed since day one:
  6. A few years ago, aside from Moderators, Admins, Writers and Graphics, we used to have a Team Captains Group. Each one of the thirty captains had one's own Team Captain bar: http://i44.tinypic.com/23kos9e.jpg Team Captains were responsible for their team's subforum: news, activity, merging topics e t.c. We used to have a specific format (requirement) for photos. Here's how it looked in terms of size: http://i43.tinypic.com/54vh90.jpg Nowadays, in an attempt to increase the activity in the each team's subforum, I think it would be good to make weekly (or monthly) Team Captain Reports, such as the one I created below: Activity Report for the L.A. Clippers subforum for the week January 21st- 28th, 2012: http://i39.tinypic.com/35iafxx.jpg http://i44.tinypic.com/672r5v.jpg Improvement for the week (Clippers subforum only): - a total of 16 topics (2.28 NEW TOPICS PER DAY); - and 142 replies (20.82 REPLIES PER DAY). Last but not least, Šhãłïq suggests: Let's bring back the Team Captains Group!
  7. With all due respect, our members with the highest post counts are NOT 'spammers on hyperdrive'. I don't know what those 'too many forums' are like but OTR is different. Like Real Deal, OTR is about quality, and not quantity: OTRbasketball is not your typical average forum. It's nothing like you've ever seen before.
  8. I just noticed that the vid you post clearly displays (at the 2:30 mark) that Kobe takes FOUR steps with the ball. Four steps, no dribbling. Talk about blatant travelling.
  9. So you suggest a '10,000 quality posts requirement'? Good idea. Who would be judging if a member's posts count as 'quality' or not though? And how to separate 'unquality'-posts from the post count?
  10. That's why Luol Deng's one of my favorite players. He's a true warrior.
  11. Missed it too. QPR face Chelsea tomorrow.
  12. Lou actually gets mentioned in this epic read by Sekou Smith: Mo Williams In The Zone! http://i2.cdn.turner.com/nba/nba/2012/images/01/27/0127-mo-williams-526.jpg Willing to fit in: Mo Williams could have stirred up Clipperland after the CP3 deal. Instead, he's embraced his new role. HANG TIME HEADQUARTERS – He could have turned the locker room upside down, made a mess of the team’s chemistry and pouted his way out of town if he wanted to. All of those options were available to Clippers guard Mo Williams when the Chris Paul trade went down. It soon became clear that his time as the Clippers’ starting point guard would be limited to the 22 games he got last season and whatever injury replacement starts he might get with Paul in the fold this season. To his credit, Williams, who arrived in L.A. via a deadline-day trade with Cleveland last season, has done exactly what he’s always done: put his head down and go to work without so much as a shoulder shrug while handling himself like a true pro. He’s been on a tear of late, averaging 22.2 points on 56 percent shooting from the floor and an outlandish 54 percent from beyond the 3-point line in the Clippers’ last five games. He’s scored 26, 25, 26, 16 and 18 points in those five games, the first three when the Clippers had to play without Paul (strained hamstring). Keep this up and he’ll make the voting for the Sixth Man Award an all Williams affair. Philadelphia’s Lou Williams is our early frontrunner here at the hideout. Mo Williams was tremendous in a win over the Grizzlies last night on TNT, smoking defenders off the dribble and showing off the shooting touch that has been his hallmark throughout his NBA career. His 14 points after halftime was the extra push the Clippers needed to get past a game Grizzlies team that got some bench scoring of its own from O.J. Mayo. FULL STORY
  13. Must have been some lame Spanish attempt to distract Blake... Go figure. Ridiculous though.
  14. The dunk where Blake made Pau look like a sissy girl* is now on the NBA.com's Dunk Ladder on the season. I'm sure we all witnessed it and would agree that was pretty cool. I don't think anyone can top it this season: NBA.com's Dunk Ladder Maybe one of the top dunks all year! --------------- *Worse than a sissy actually -- take a closer look at Pau Gasol here: http://www.hachisvertas.net/temp/pau-gasolaurios.gif ^ What tha.....? I've watched this at least 10-15 times and it just keeps getting funnier. Hit me with your best caption! How about: "NOOOOOOO, I CAN'T SWIM!!!" http://kammafriends.com/db/Smileys/default/smiley_ROFL.gif http://www.bydio.com/images/rofl-smiley.gif
  15. ^ Tell me about it, B. I'm sooo disappointed with the Magic.. <_<
  16. Game #16, LAC vs MEM 98-91, (10-6, 4th West) http://l.yimg.com/j/assets/p/sp/ap/8a/fullj.731612c551e083c846295295abe04c72/ap-201201262302829647089.jpg Clippers FW Blake Griffin, right, dunks as Grizzlies' Hamed Haddadi watches during the first half. Blake Griffin and Chris Paul, two of five All-Stars on the Clippers, each toyed with triple-doubles against Memphis. Griffin, who recorded a triple-double against the Grizzlies last season, finished with 20 points, nine rebounds and eight assists. Paul, in his second game back since missing five with a strained left hamstring, had 18 points, seven rebounds and seven assists.
  17. I guess it's inevitable. If not in the first round, then in the second. Remember back in the 2006 offs? I was hoping for a LAC-LAL playoff matchup but the Lakers blew a 3-1 lead over the Suns. <_<
