  1. The Clippers have never won a division title. In recent history our best performance came in 2005-'06: we finished ahead of the Lakers, and only lost the title to the Suns led by Nash (season's MVP at the time): Team W-L PCT. 2. Game #14, LAC vs. TOR 103-91, (9-5, 3rd West) http://www.nba.com/clippers/photos/post-670-120123-1.jpg Blake Griffin added 18 points and 9 rebounds. Mo Williams came off the bench for 26 points and DeAndre Jordan added 16 points with 16 rebounds, while Caron Butler and Randy Foye each scored 15 to help the Clippers cruise past the Raptors 103-91 Sunday at home.
  3. Didn't get to see the game today, but was following it by iPhone. Good bounce back game from the debacle on Friday (which I witnessed in person). It was nice to see that the team got up and never really relinquished the lead. Nice to hear DJ was huge after having what was, IMO, a pretty sub-par game against the Wolves. He really was a non-factor in that game, but came up big hear. And I liked that, at least from the stat line, it looked like Billups was trying to be more of a distributor in this game than a scorer. I think that's how he needs to play -- especially when CP3's not playing.
  4. Welcome to the board, Tony! Just outta curiosity, you still find the Clippers 'uninteresting'?

  5. The Wolves ran a really nice wall screen... There is no way DJ could have defended it. You could see him trying to get out there, but he couldn't push through Rubio and another player who had set a double screen. The only way to defend that is to have one defender starting out above the wall (so he can't get picked) and take whoever steps out. The other players have to react and match up on the screeners... It was just a mistake in coverage, not DJ's mistake. He knew he had to get out to cover Love... Had Griffin been taking him and playing below the wall, the result would have been the same. Not DJ's fault. Gomes was actually the guy who should have read the double screen and gone out to cover Love.
  6. Damn, so true. BTW, if the season ended today the Lakers would not make playoffs(!). The Rockets just jumped into the 8th seed. This Lake-show needs to do something and do it now...
  7. My thoughts exactly. It's like the forum's dead...
  8. Yo, the African Cup Of Nations is ON!!! http://www.cafonline.com/images/CAN_2012_www.png Ivory Coast and Ghana are up for grabs!!
  9. I don't mean bumpin' but that goal just got voted Goal of the Year by FIFA. :glasses:
  10. My thoughts exactly. But come April, the Clippers can contend with OKC if healthy.
  11. ^ No disrespect but.. it was ONLY A FRIENDLY.... Much ado for nothing. Dudes were celebrating as if they had won the World Cup.

  13. RD, what's the original pic you used for your new KB24 sig?

  14. WCX stands for: used to be a site for NBA/NFL wallpapers and sigs (2002-'09). Their forum was dope a few years ago: http://www.wcremix.com/images/splash2012.jpg Come to think about it, I miss that site....
  15. Found this pic (below) and.. it belongs here: http://www.nba.com/nets/media/believe_hype_670.jpg
  16. (....) guess the Dubs have their backup point guard.
  17. Likely out for season.. Not good for many reasons: he was usable, he could play against big bodies, and we we will have to see much of biedrins, which really sucks, but truth is there are not much big bodies like bynum, howard, and as teams have smaller centers, i think udoh could take much of that burden on defense. also, this means more udoh/lee frontcourt, which to me is best warriors frontcourt. we'll see. of course, now we need some other big, since beidrins can't be trusted and tyler is just too young. for the meantime, it should mean more running and small ball with lee at center, which could produce same interesting basketball, depending on how dwright and rush play, and what coach jackson does. Without Kwame the Dubs not only can, but must run and spread the floor. Git well, giant!
  18. Tim Howard's goal = Sick. Almost as sick as Blackpool's comeback!!
  19. Now that West Coast RemiX is dead, what's our competition in terms of activity and posters? JBB? And how far we are from becoming the biggest online basketball community?
