  1. Amen to that! Seriously, this 'guy' is getting really annoying with his weirdly disturbingly useless topics... <_< Stop spammin' the board, man!!
  2. http://www.concacaf.com/javaImages/34/6a/0,,12813~7563828,00.jpg Anyone else saw the CRapids game on FSC? They concede a PK within 10 seconds, later Pickens throws a ball directly to an opponent, who lobs him ... and they could have had a defender sent off on the PK Yet, they are even 2-2 at the half, on a brace by MAC KANDJI! And are up a man!

  4. LOL! I had started a thread about it like a month ago: http://www.otrbasketball.com/forums/topic/23160-2011-world-football-chall/
  5. I added 'IMHO' for a reason. It's NOT at all deserved in my opinion. I witnessed his entire career -- just look at his numbers: his best single-season average for pts is 17.2 ('02-03 season). Knee injuries or not, he barely even played... In his first four seasons, he started only 133 games, that's an average of 33 games per season. Also, look at his career-highs: Points: 16 @ Utah 12/08/10 Blocks 4 vs Indiana 11/22/10 (!!!) The guy never blocked 4 shots in a game till his 11th season!! As much as I don't like it and as much ugly as it might sound, loyalty doesn't mean sh*t today. Eric Piatkowski was loyal to the Clippers too. And Corey Maggette's the franchise all-time leader in FT made and attempted. I don't see their jerseys retired in STAPLES... C'mon, son, gimme a break.
  6. Yeah, Jozy be beastin' in the EU!
  7. 'Twas Usain Bolt's birthday yesterday, August 21st.. and Kobe's one's tomorrow -- August 23rd.
  8. Clint Dempsey scored 2 of Fulham's 3 goals in their UEFA Europa League qualification game tonight!
  9. Yes, sir! And I wouldn't be surprised if they make it as the 7th seed.
  10. YEAH!!! Corey joins the ' Cats!! BTW, the topic's title should've been: "Bobcats Sign Maggette".
  11. Senegal-born soccer player Bafetimbi Gomis (Lyon - France) made a tribute to Usain after scoring 2 goals in a UEFA Champions League game last night. 'Twas cool!!!
  12. True but not that sexy. That bar used to add some pretty cool look to the site!!
  13. He celebrated just the way he did after his GW against Sacto 2 seasons ago.
  14. IT'S ON!! THE STORM HAS FINALLY ARRIVED!!!
  15. The 1/4-Finals (Sat 13/08/11): Portugal U20 - Argentina U20 Mexico U20 - Colombia U20 Sun 14/08/11 France U20 - Nigeria U20 Brazil U20 - Spain
  16. Brazil's CR Flamengo is threatening the Lakers' record 33-game unbeaten streak in all pro sports. Flamengo's last loss in all competitions came back on May 05th '11, in a Copa Do Brasil semifinal. Ronaldinho's team is currently on a 17-game unbeaten streak: 2 games in the State Championship and 15 games in Braisleirão (the Brazilian 'A' League): http://www.soccerway.com/teams/brazil/clube-de-regatas-de-flamengo/matches/ Can Flamengo go on for 14 more and reach the 33-gm plateau? EDIT: Just noticed they got only one (1) single loss over the last 25 games this season (incl. Brazilian Cup, Regional 'Ships, and the 'A' league)! :o
