I've been following the NBA since 1998-'99 and I have NEVER witnessed Playoffs without sub 50% Eastern conf. teams. Could 2010 be the first Postseason in who-knows-how-long with 8 teams from the East with at least 41 wins..?? Can you actually remember the last time the East has achieved that feat?
