Allen/Pierce are debatable. They are both first ballot HOFers who were still playing at a high level. Also what is the whole fascination of teaming up with superstars? Honestly just seems like a bunch of jealous fans that LeBron is going to dominate the NBA Championship trophy for the next decade. Jordan played with Scottie freaking Pippen who is a better player than Dwyane Wade and Rodman>Bosh.

Mo Williams is mad. It's a known fact that Mo is a playoff choker and if you look at the series the Cavs have lost the past few years he always SUCKS horribly. Mo Williams is one of the worst second options on a legit contender this entire decade. That speaks volumes about just how good LeBron James really is.

Noone here is saying the Heat are the best team in the world CURRENTLY. However by the end of the year I am very confident the team will have acquired the savvy veterans and chemistry needed to win it all and dethrone the Lakers sending Phil "Colonel Sanders" Jackson into retirement in a disapointed state of mind. Tough to acquire a base of players better than Wade-Bron-Bosh though.

Laugh all you want. Without Fisher the Orl-LA series is 2-2 and then its a completely different series. He has bailed the Lakers out with clutch baskets countless times and when he left his presence was definetly missed as LA failed to make it past the first round. Fisher plays smart on defense, he isn't as quick as he once was, but he is one of if not the strongest PG in the league and is quite the pest. A liability eh? I'm sure you weren't saying that after his clutch three against Boston. Why wouldn't he deserve to start? He's been the starter for the past two years and its proven to be successfull. And most importantly Kobe Bryant has 0 rings without Fisher by his side. The smart move would be to give in to his demands and pay the guy that took a paycut just to come back to LA. Otherwise you can watch him make clutch three pointers against the Lakers in the 2011 Finals while asking you whether you are mad or not..

I agree with this post. LeBron and Wade did a way better job of playing within the team. Kobe still had the mindset that he had to be THE GUY like he was in the NBA.

Chris Bosh was 6th in RPG in the NBA last season. Acquiring a Center that can rebound and box out big guys will not be a big problem. It is easier to find a Kendrick Perkins than a star. The stars have been assembled. All that's left is to find hungry role players willing to do their role. I'm sure Shaq is begging to come to Miami and he can defend guys like Dwight Howard and Andrew Bynum better than anyone. Joel Anthony is a decent big off the bench and was top 15 last year in Blocks despite playing less than 20 MPG. I've heard nothing but good things about Pittman who could be a solid player. Shaq/Juwan Howard plus guys like this will get the job done just nicely.

If Fisher is smart he will go to Miami. LA has completely disrespected him by not offering what this guy deserved. He has hit clutch baskets and quality leadership for the team the past few years and helped resurrect a team that wasn't getting out of the first round. Without Fisher LA doesn't win those titles. Miami may not be able to give him his money either, but something they will be giving him is their respect and a chance at being a starter on a dynasty that is just beginning. Do the right thing Derek.

Bill Simmons is jealous that with this new Miami team and their superior Big Three, the Celtics now have 0% chance of making the Finals with all of the Grandpas on their team. Chris Bosh is better than anyone on that team let alone Wade/LeBron LOL. Once Miami adds that guy capable of solidifying the center position(hopefully Shaq) no team will have a chance. Is this a joke? LeBrons true importance will be witnessed first hand here. The Cavs will go from the 60+ win team they were with LeBron and go to a 30 win team at best. That is how important LeBron was to the Cavs. This team doesn't have a guy like Pau Gasol to carry the team when LeBron struggled(or in this case won't play). Jamison and Mo Williams are not stars and when your relying on them to carry the team your in trouble. Also Al Jefferson is a loser. Have fun being the Pacers for the next few years if your plan falls through where you are never good enough to make the playoffs, but never bad enough to get a star in the draft.
