I'm not thankful for these awful day games on Thanksgiving. Green Bay - Detroit and Oakland - Dallas, yuck.

Dude, whether your intention was to bait or not, your comment was inciting. If you're constantly hating on my players, I'm going to [expletive]ing defend them. Besides, it's not like I suspended you, locked the topic, or forbid you from posting about it — I can't do any of those things. I politely told you to stfu. I didn't flip out or snap. No one's stopping you from posting about Elton Brand. But if you're going to trash him, don't get upset when there's a rebuttal. -
How many PPG for Lebron after 30 y/o?

BTW, I like how the topic implies that LeBron's offense is crude and all about athleticism. Those drives take very keen anticipation and an alert recognition of the defenses they're giving you. And they wouldn't be available if the defenses didn't respect the other skills in LeBron's arsenal. -

No I don't. I take my team's criticism fine. I responded to your derision politely, justified Brand's poor performance, and told you to take your baiting elsewhere — exactly the same way I'd expect anyone to respond to baiting. I don't know what you want from me here. And wow, I've had problems with the way you handled members in the past. Big deal dude, so has the majority of the site. It's random as [expletive] of you to bring up now because it's not relevant here at all. I could keep repeating this same sentiment ad nauseam but I'll never get anywhere. You're never going to admit to being wrong, and I don't feel like going back and forth again. -
Kapono connects on tough threes and pull-ups but he can't make one wide open shot from 15 feet. Smart decision by Rivers to make it a free throw contest at the end. Still went down to the wire against Boston with two of our starters out. But [expletive] moral victories. I hope Brand and Lou make it back soon.

10/14 from three-point land, and Willie Green had 14 points in the third. My gast is very flabbered.

Holiday is forcing too much. It's expected with the added pressure of starting, but he's attacking, spreading the ball around, and putting in effort defensively. Good to see everyone stepping up, and looks like Jason Kapono is alive. We're still going to lose, but this is nice.

Lou and Brand are both out, meaning we're looking at a lineup of: PG - Holiday SG - Iguodala SF - Young PF - Smith C - Dalembert Man, we're going to get trounced. And even more so when the second unit comes in. At least Jrue finally gets the start.

I can push the envelope (although I don't) because I'm not the role model. You're the head honcho here that's discouraging baiting, and then doing it in other threads. That's not a joke, either. Here, here, and here. lol, all this over something I must've said a long time ago. You sure told me! I'll be sure to never do whatever it is that I did, again. Close it. I've said what I've had to say. I'll end up belaboring my points if it stays open any longer. -

If I did, he deserved it, or it was in retaliation. None of it's serious btw, I actually like ECN. Yeah, except I don't bait. This whole thread, you seemed to have me confused with someone that did. -

His Greatness replied to alcstarheel's topic in Washington Wizards Team Forum
It reminded me of how ECN would go into some topics talking stupid, having it explained to him why he was wrong, and then continuing to post the same crap in other topics. -
Brand, because we don't have any legitimate fives, and if Dalembert was benched he would go from slightly useful on some nights to permanently useless. Speights' defense at center frightens me, Smith isn't starter material, and neither are shot blockers. Brand could still give quality minutes as a sixth man.

He went into at least three topics and trashed Brand, pushed more lies, and worst of all, he compared him to Zach Randolph. That's just a line you don't cross my friend, and it felt like to me, with the way he was posting, he had a different agenda. I'm sure others would agree. -

Really? That's the best you can give me? You're trying to set an example on the basis of something I haven't done in how long? What have I done in the past that was so bad that you decided you should do something about it now (and in three other topics or more)? If I've ever had problems with the way you handled members, it was probably justified, just like I am here. If you see any hypocrisy here, then your idea of hypocrisy must be too broad, and therefore flawed. This is what I said after the umpteenth time you posted some more garbage about Brand. That wasn't out of line. I didn't "snap". I was annoyed that you continued to bait, and this was after I responded to your ridicule twice with thoughtful posts debunking the criticism. Any potshots I took were made in jest, or were inside jokes. Yours weren't, and most members would perceive it as baiting. BTW, thanks for the compliment. I never knew I was a fan favorite. -

His Greatness replied to kingfish's topic in Cleveland Cavaliers Team Forum
By the time he reaches 30+, he'll refine the other parts of his offense just like Kobe did. He's already gradually progressing (like he has every year), and LeBron is just too talented to fall off the map. The athleticism won't all be gone either. -

I would still like to know how this is relevant to me and how it permits the irreparable abuse that I've received in this thread. -

wtf is that supposed to mean and how is it relevant to me? I don't have a problem with how Laker fans take criticism! I don't have a problem with any Laker fans! Maybe just kingfish sometimes but who doesn't? Sixers discussion doesn't irk me. Constant, mindless badgering does. That's just annoying. -

I haven't baited the Laker fans. I haven't baited the Laker fans. I haven't baited the Laker fans. I haven't baited the Laker fans. I haven't baited the Laker fans. If I've criticized the team at all this season, there was a legitimate reason it was posted. A far cry from constant, deliberate baiting. -

So based on your conclusions about Brand, I'll assume that's the first 36 minutes of Sixers basketball you've watched all year. So... he was banned for baiting. As was PFG, and also probably why Slaven was suspended and is now on the cusp of being banned. Regardless, I find it very ironic that you're actively baiting now when you've so heavily discouraged it in the past. Go ahead. It's not like you weren't going to continue doing it anyways. I enjoy explaining to naysayers why they're wrong. What the hell are you talking about? I haven't baited Laker fans at all this season, and I was really never planning to. That was all Diesel and Slaven. BTW, Brand isn't one of my favorite players. He never was. lol -

His Greatness replied to alcstarheel's topic in Washington Wizards Team Forum
The Sixers blow. I don't mind the criticism, we deserve it. But I do mind you going into every thread deliberately baiting with your ridiculous Brand derision. You're essentially doing what you banned Diesel for. It is your fault that you don't watch any games, and create and push these untruths about Brand that hold no water. Zach Randolph wtf? BTW, a strained hamstring is a run-of-the-mill injury that happens to every player. He'll work out of it. Luckily, Brand has heart and believes he can play through these things. It was a bad game, but you were going to jump all over his [expletive] anyway. Dude who's snapping? I took your bait and told it like it is. So congratulations on that. -

I knew you were going to continue your anti-Brand drivel, and I should've addressed it preemptively. Brand was playing with a strained hamstring. So there. Go nitpick somewhere else. -

Solid look, but there's 11 seconds left. Can't settle, Lou could've gotten a better shot than that. -

Jrue Holiday has singlehandedly brought us back in this game. Please don't sub him out. Please don't sub him out. Please don't sub him out.
