  1. I'm not as excited about the signing as some of you are, but he's a good defender that will do a solid job spelling Pierce, or even Rondo. Adequate player, good signing.
  2. Yeah, anything on Dark Side of the Moon is staple tripping music. In fact, almost everything Pink Floyd is lol. BTW, the Beach Boys are cool. Not one of my favorites of classic rock, but they did their thing with a distinct and unique sound. Good Vibrations is one of my favorite songs ever.
  3. Very common misconception. West gets almost half his offense from isos, has a solid inside-outside game, can face up from anywhere on the floor, and he's very adept from mid-range. It's definitely a luxury to play with Chris Paul, but he's certainly not reliant on him to produce his offense. Not so much as Tyson Chandler at least, who I think you may have him confused with. There are some advanced metrics to validate that: http://www.82games.com/0809/08NOH11.HTM http://www.82games.com/0809/08WAS11.HTM Jamison is assisted on more of his shots than West is. The amount of votes for Jamison has baffled me. Why? How?

  5. I wouldn't trust either of them to play a full season. I don't know how you can quantify that.
  6. Millsap probably only signed the offer sheet for the money, because there's no chance that Utah wasn't going to match. He knows that he'll get starter time with the Jazz.
  7. Do you think it's the same [expletive]er that hacked OTR?
  8. Right at 1:53. At least that would be one less Laker. I'm half-kidding.
  9. Awesome, but he's still a God awful defender. My vote stands.
  10. David West because he plays defense, and other things.
  11. http://www.chicagonow.com/blogs/redeye/2009/07/an-image-of-michael-jordan-out-of-19000-gatorade-bottles.html http://www.chicagonow.com/blogs/redeye/images/2009-07-14-gatorade2.jpg http://www.chicagonow.com/blogs/redeye/images/2009-07-14-gatorade3.jpg http://www.chicagonow.com/blogs/redeye/images/2009-07-14-gatorade4.jpg Gatorade bottles.
  12. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LJMnES7WoT4 One of my favorite tracks ever. Underrated song, overrated band (still great, though).

  14. I completely agree, and he is also among my least favorite players so it's hard to defend him, but to put it nicely, he can learn to suck less, because believe it or not, Favre does suck less.
  15. Dumb. He needs to shut up and earn his job as a starter — he hasn't even earned the right to demand a trade. Sit back, observe Favre, learn from him, and get better. I understand his frustration, but he must realize that he's a project, and a below average starter right now.
  16. You should change the title. Marion is the only player that was traded. Solid job as always despite the misleading title. Which team do you think has had the best offseason thus far?
  17. He is. I'll be so pissed if Andre accepts a one-year deal from New York when he's demanding three from us. That douchecanoe Nate Robinson leaving the NBA would sort of alleviate that, though.
  18. Rampge Jackson dry humps people some more: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZKVeBOCPpGU Old clip, but this proves that Rampage is in fact not a stranger to dry humping.
  19. I've compared them because they're very relevant if you're going to fiddle with team success. Part of the reason Brady has been so successful is because of his defense. Irrefutable. The better offensive talent obviously, but I guarantee you that every quarterback (QBs that want to win at least) prefers the more well-rounded team.
  20. And I've never implied that it was the defense letting the team down through all those losses.
