They need a true center. Maybe a healthy Chris Kaman type player. The clips would never do that trade because of BG but I think he would be the perfect fit for the Hawks TBH..

I think Amare is the better fit actually.. At least he's an ok back to the basket player (even though face up and PNR is his main talents).. Bosh is a face up player all day every day. No back to the basket play at all..

I wouldn't go after kris humphries though.. They already have chris bosh and UD at the pf spot.. That would make them pf heavy worth no decent big unless they could possibly get dalembert (or however you spell it) to sign for the vet minimum.

What about throw the MLE at JR Smith?? He's an athletic 2 guard who can hit the 3 with some consistency, can play the point guard position, and doesn't turn it over much, only downsides are that he doesn't play good defense, but he can rebound and can be a decent decision maker too. Then maybe get a vet like joel pryzbilla to sign for the vets minimum. What do you all think about this idea??

I wasn't trying to say that they werent similar at all.. Because that's 100% false. I was saying that i didn't think that was the biggest problem. And I never said that the heat were the better team. I disagree.. They need a pg who can make smart decisions with the basketball, and hit the 3 consistently, I would love to see nash on the team personally. And they also need a defensive anchor in the middle who can rebound which they don't have, dalembert would be perfect for that. Edit: completely agree with the lebron part though!

I like the Heats chances in this. I'm not gonna make a bold statement and say whether whatever teams will win in X amount of games. I'm just gonna enjoy the series, which I'm sure will a great one no matter what the outcome. But of course, I'm rooting for the Heat all the way!! :glasses:

Who do the Mavs have to stop LeBron? Because I cant see Marion or J-Kidd being able to slow him down because , like Dirk, he is on fire too. and I see D-wade going off this series too. I think The Heat have more options to stop Dirk than the Mavs have to stop D-wade and LeBron. I agree this will be an awesome series, but your not doing it justice by talking so highly of the Mavs and not giving credit to Miami. I still think Miami is a defensive force to be reckoned with because they are superior to The mavs in that aspect and will slow them down. And as for the scoring.. what are you talking about exactly? Miami has been scoring pretty well against the top tier defenses in Boston and Chicago. Mavs D is definitely not as good as theirs so i see it as Miami will be able to score more effectively and easily against the Mavs as well. I just think that your not giving the Heat enough credit and underestimating them tbh. Lets see if I'm wrong though! Either way, like you said, it will be a great series!
