Well its annoying to worship a player, Im surprised you guys havent even made a religion about him yet.

They support him but they dont worhship like some kind of prophet, chinese fans like other players like Kobe, LeBron, T-Mac while 999/1000 Laker fans are Kobe fans.

Sports are a multi-billion dollar industry that billions of people follow, of course athletes will make the money because they are super talented and people spend tons of money to follow their team, going to games, buying merchandise etc. Players dont deserve millions upon millions of dollars but they have tons of responsibility and things to do and they have to constantly deal with fans and cant even go outside without being surrounded by crazy fans. You think a guy like Yao Ming could go out there like a normal person in China? Or Kobe Bryant just go take a walk in LA? Hell no. But honestly, what point am I trying to make, things are the way they are, businesses own the USA, everything is a business and depending on what industry you are in, you will be payed higher or lower, its a complete gamble.

If doctors had to be payed much more, the cost of going to a doctor would be WAY more, and people cant even afford healthcare.

Who cares? This is how the system is, businesses are where the money is at. There is a reason that I am going to major in it. People who own business might not be working at all right now but they have had to do a lot of thinking, planning, working and start off with quite a lot of money to get where they are today. I used to work for 2 bosses, they started off with 1 store at a mall and had to work tons and tons of hours and have opened at least 30 stores by now, they basically just relax now and drive their Porsche everywhere they want and go on vacation every 3 months. I will try and start my own business, whether I fail or not, the chance of being successful makes me feel good.

Well capitalism has its weaknesses and recessions is one of the biggest negatives about it, same with unemployment and homelessness. America is based on businesses, everything you like and watch is a business, the NBA is a business, Wal-Mart is a business and Pornography is a business. In pornography they know idiots who would pay 20$ a month to watch 2 people hit it off. There is a reason more known female pornstars make 1000$ for a 20 minute scene. This is the reason why America has so many rich and its because theres a lot of middle class people who buy their stuff. You are bit of a leftist when it comes to economic issues, if the average earning for an american is 47,000, you'd defenitely be happy with all americans earning that annually. But capitalism lets us choose where we want to be, some get lucky, some dont, some end up bankrupt. Communism is more simple, its defenitely demonized by Americans because it goes against american values. Communists beileve in dictatorship, no religion and spread the wealth while America is sort of a religious, democratic, etc. You get what I am trying to say. There is no such thing as a pure marxist society, a trashman doesnt make the same amount as a doctor and a janitor doesnt make as much money as a lawyer. The only communist elements that the Soviet Union and all the other Communist powers had was dictatorship, 100% employment, free healthcare, no religion, etc. There is a reason most of the countries who were portrayed as communist are really infact socialist countries.

Teachers dont work in businesses, designers do. People who work in businesses like secretaries, designers, etc. make more money because the place they work in is based on profits.

People are jealous, having a successful business means that you are intelligent and pretty much smart, you'd have to know how the economy works, how to start a business and all that other stuff. Rich people donate a lot of money, look at Bill Gates and Warren Buffett, donate BILLIONS and they are just succesful and dont do much work. America is a capitalist society, capitalism gives more money based on education, cleaning toilets is a dirtier job than being a manager, but a manager helps run a store which gains tons of money. Working in businesses or starting your own is where the money is at.

Saw it, its not that great. Pretty much a comedy with zombies. Not a zombie movie with comedy, the main point wasnt to escape the zombie plague.
