  5. I've heard both, and I am still just doing 1 gram per pound too. I usually get in at least 200 though. 90 from my shake, 30 from my protein bar, 52 from 2 cans of tuna, and then whatever else i eat.

  11. Ive been reading on bodybuilding.com that if you're lifting weights and you're an ectomorph (someone who has trouble putting on fat) you have the right to eat what you want, fast food, chocolate, etc. as long as you can get the calories. It can be beneficial in muscle-building.

  13. Personally for me its 5'10 to 6'0, I think thats not too tall, not too short but above average, I'm at 5'11 ^_^

  15. I think I am on a better pace than you, you went from 1 to 3, I went from 4-5 to 10. You should try doing 4-6 reps so you can get stronger, and once you can do more than 6, add 5 pounds.

  17. Reading the 60-6/ or 72-10 thread made me realize that the scheduling is a huge benefit for the Rockets this season. Since we're one of the youngest and fastest teams we should definitely benefit from this than the Lakers/Spurs or any old ass team. Most teams like that will probably be dead months into the season because of the back to backs, and back to back to backs.

I also recommend these which you can also get at wal-mart, 4 packs are only 6$ at wal-mart. http://images.vitaminimages.com/ebrands/metrx/products/large/045843.jpg I also mentioned the shake that I take, true mass, 2 bananas, 2 eggs, huge spoonful of peanut butter, and milk.
  20. Honestly there are 2 things that help me get tons of calories Protein Bars (mine contains 360 calories, 30 grams of protein) Protein Shakes (1700 calories, 90 grams of protein) 2060 calories, 120 grams of protein just from 2 things, and I also eat 4 extra meals on top of this.
