  3. Ricky Rubio def has potential. Honestly once he gets a better offensive game he will be a 15/6/9 type player.
  4. I agree, I do use the 90 degree rule when it comes to squatting. But if you go down 2-4 inches that is not a squat. Hitting your chest isn't necessary on bench, I think 3 inches from your chest is perfectly fine, but I still like to get maybe an inch from my chest or touch it.
  5. srsly haha. I have no patience for people who do half-reps. If you remember Diesel, he is a guy that squats a lot, does about 5 reps of maybe 300. If I see someone with chicken legs say that they squat 300 I immediatly call bs because those are the people who go down like 2 inches and say they can do that, if it was that easy then I can squat 800 pounds.
  6. lol something at the gym pissed me off today. I put 3 plates on each side on leg press, getting my knees to touch my chest (aka a real rep) and this old bish next to me puts 400 pounds on leg press and I started looking to see how far she goes down. Next thing you know I see her going down only 3-4 inches ( aka 1/32nd rep)

  8. Today was leg day and I was able to squat 145 pounds 8 times after having already done leg extensions + leg press. I was gonna try out 165 but my legs were cramping like fuarkkkk.Pretty sick, only squatted twice in my life and it looks like I can already max out at 200.

  11. Yeah when it comes to benching your shoulders get the weight off your chest and your triceps help you lock out. Working out shoulders and tris could easily get you a nice bench press.
  12. I think I couldn't even bench 100 3 1/2 months ago and Im up to 5 reps on 135 now. It is expected to have a shitty bench when you're just starting out. Also make sure to work out shoulders hardcore if you wanna get your bench up.

  15. It is but thats too many scorers in one lineup. If we trade away Martin we can start Courtney Lee who is the much better ballhandler, playmaker, and defender.

  17. I am sure a majority of people who bodybuild don't squat. I was never serious about working out legs anyway until now.
