  3. Ima have 2 spotters dw. Theyve squatted plenty of times before so they'll help me big time on form and everything. I am excited about doing squats though because I have really good natural leg strength, I hardly work out legs and I can leg press 500 pounds, and my free kicks in soccer are insanely good because of the power in my leg.
  4. Anyone here squat? I am beginning tomorrow. Ive never done it in my life before (not even a rep) so I am going to just do it a few times with the bar until I get the form down then quickly add 50 pounds to squat around 95. Then next time I work out I will go from there and keep raising the weight until I can do enough to get 5 reps per set I actually decided to do it because my hamstrings arent as well defined as my quads. Plus the leg/glute area is a place where a ton of fat storage is so squats might just help me cut a lot of fat from those areas so I can get a six pack more easily.

When it comes to one muscle i'll usually do like 12-16 sets, anywhere from 5-10 reps Lets say I do biceps I'll 4 sets of 6 reps of bicep curls 4 sets of 8 reps of barbell curls 4 sets of 8 reps of incline dumbell curl 3 sets of 10 reps of hammer curls. Rest time between sets should be anywhere from 45 seconds to 1 1/2 minutes, maybe 2 minutes if you're lifting mad heavy.
