Clean, although I like to have a hamburger maybe once or twice a week. Funny part is that in my Fitness for Life class in college I got my weight + body fat tested 2 months ago ( I weighed 163 pounds, had 10.2% body fat), and now today I get it tested again and I am 170 pounds, 8.2% body fat), I burn calories extremely quickly, and apparently gained lots of muscle extremely quickly.

Once a day. I try and eat 4-5 meals while I drink my shakes. I basically just try and maintain a 3200 calorie, 160+gram protein diet w lots of fats/carbs.

yep yep. I put that, milk, 2 eggs, 2 bananas, and a huge spoonful of peanut butter in a blender and my shakes are 1600 calories, and 90 grams of protein, i also get mad carbs, and fats.

True mass = fuarking amazing You use a blender to mix the milk/true mass. btw ive gained 11 pounds since i finished my first tub.

Yeah, but he is still raw, he is only like 23. If you look at his skillset, he can block shots, rebound, score from inside and shoot jumpers from outside. He honestly just needs a good coach and he can become a 16/8 type player.
