Yao Definitely 'Doesn't Plan On Retiring'
htown11 replied to ChosenOne's topic in Houston Rockets Team Forum
Good for him. He's a hard worker that won't go down without a fight. I hope wherever he ends up he is a contributor and sees success. -
Jersey Shore keeping MTV alive lol It's kind of disturbing in a way lol considering the difference in quality. Big Bang Theory is literally fantastic and you can tell they put in hard work on that show, while Jersey Shore comes storming back with mindless entertainment. MTV is fist pumping right now, massive hit they captured. http://mediadecoder.blogs.nytimes.com/2011/01/07/jersey-shore-sets-ratings-record-on-mtv/

It wasn't much your right, but that was enough for him. He's got a short fuse "bro" lol. I didn't catch the preview but looks like defending his girl finally makes him snap which is great, I feel like every time they cut to Ron and Sam I get bored out of my mind.
-
I actually thought it was a good move when Ronnie came down and said don't get me involved. That was smart but then he contradicted himself once Sammi asked him do you think Snooki is fake... and he answered. Ronnie is stupid and Sammi is a [expletive] I actually feel bad for Ronnie because this whole experience goes down the drain for him. Single Ronnie is actually worth something to the show lol.
-
That sounds good I missed the preview part.
-
Wow crazy start. I agree Sammi is the hottest in the house no doubt but she's also the biggest [expletive] and has absolutely no personality. Ronnie and Sammie are useless to this show... what a played out story now. We get it they isolate themselves and the entire house hates them didn't we see enough of that in Miami? As far as J Woww goes she is not attractive at all and she reminds me of a tranny. She's tall she always threatens everyone in the house and shes got manly qualities.... same old [expletive] from here always looking to throw a punch. Deena is annoying as hell. Ron is useless on all levels now that he has to defend his [expletive].

Cuban pokes fun at the Zen Master
htown11 replied to The Truth's topic in Dallas Mavericks Team Forum
LMAO love the comment from Cuban. Phil pushes buttons and is just plain weird, I like that Cuban can add a little comedy to the whole thing. I used to hate Cuban, but if I owned an NBA team I would have some fun on the sidelines, and with the media from time to time. Cuban gets into fan mode at the games which I can respect, an owner who isn't quiet and old. -
ALL HAIL Then he realizes he can't play. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F4sqJBJGG-M&feature=related

Rockets missed Chuck Hayes on the defensive end, it essentially cost them the game after Aldridge decided to take the game into his own hands.

Dash has Houston down. Some other mentions maybe Roger Clemens Cynthia Cooper Warren Moon Oh ya Dash I am in shock you didn't throw in Trevor Ariza.... -_-

Choke job no other way to put it. Jordan Hill showed his rawness and I mean that in a negative way tonight..... He couldn't finish on two huge plays where he got the offensive rebound. Also [expletive] Brad Miller tonight what was that fool thinking? He doesn't get a foul call so he does what he has done best his whole career and that's [expletive] to the officials. Luckily no tech was called, then he comes back tries to drive in (why the hell is Brad Miller driving in..?) and gets owned. Obviously Brad thinks he got fouled so he [expletive]es some more and gets the tech. Between all this crap from the old man that thought he could drive down a lane the Blazers get back to back threes.... This game really pissed me off more than normal. Martin had such a brilliant night and really looked like a superstar and the Rockets still find a way to lose. I MISS YOU CHUCK HAYES... homo no homo whatevaaa he would have made Aldridges life a bit harder.

Agreed I was disappointed walking out of the theater. Watch The Dinner Game it's the original version and it makes more sense. It's not surprising that the remake didn't live up, that tends to happen to most remakes.

OJ Mayo & Tony Allen Get Into Fight

I like the Rockets deciding to keep Ish around. He's a very talented pass first point guard, and did a pretty good job running the offense when AB was out. AB will sit out tonight's game again the Blazers since he reaggravated his ankle. http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/sports/bk/bkn/7365990.html

I would think the Bucks and Jennings would be smart and have him take it easy after injury... I really don't think Ibaka or Jennings belong in this contest, but it's a one man show anyway.

Anyone is better than Frank Bush.

Cavaliers Offer Job To Homeless Man

Incredible voice, very happy for that man he deserves to be behind a mic somewhere and not on the streets. -
Bosh had 2x as Many AS Votes in Toronto
htown11 replied to Check my Stats's topic in Miami Heat Team Forum
I don't find this surprising. In Toronto it was Bosh's team, in Miami he's sharing the spotlight with two superstars. I think everyone knew he would be the "third wheel" in that big three, seems like less people pay attention now that he's quietly doing his thing. -
The Brandon Jennings pick is really random but I am hoping Griffin just prepares something crazy. I feel like McGee has no control lol since we have seen all the goofy attempts he has tried.

Patrick Patterson impresses with playing time opportunity
htown11 replied to Dash's topic in Houston Rockets Team Forum
Couldn't agree more with everything you said. I do think Chase feels pressured and at the same time Adelman has given him so many chances to break out of the slump he was in. It seems to be paying off finally in a month where the Rockets will need all the help they can get from everyone in the rotation. I agree Morey needs to find that superstar player, role players are something he has mastered as a GM and it's much appreciated as a Rockets fan but at some point reality will kick in and he will make a move I am sure. He's got pieces to move, stacked at some positions clearly trades will have to be made but finding that player has been his biggest challenge. How many time have we heard the Rockets rumored to be involved with big name stars and yet we see those stars sign or get traded to other teams. I have faith in Moreys plan but I think being mediocre in any sport in Houston has frustrated fans across the city. As far as T Will goes I think he just possesses way to much talent to not be on the court. It's one thing for a coach to have issues with a player, but in this instance from what I have noticed Terrence has handled the situation really well. He's always up off the bench cheering on his new teammates he seems to be patient yet anxious for obvious reasons, he really hasn't come off as negatively as advertised. In the garbage minutes he played his jump shot looked good, his court vision reminded me off Tmac and his athleticism is so clear cut. Things can drastically change as the deadline approaches it will be interesting to see where the Rockets are at that point and time.
