Eh, some players are more determined and play harder when they know that they will have a good QB throwing to them, so it could affect their talent level, or at least how talented they look on the field.

I was basing it only on stats, seeing as how I only saw a handful of Chargers games (and he performed poorly in the majority of those), and I'd expect better stats from Phillip Rivers' top receiver. But maybe his impact was great; I wouldn't know since, as I said, I only saw a couple of games.

The Jets got rid of him... for nothing.

How many sacks did he have when he got caught? I didn't even know it happened until about 2 years later.

A loser who stopped being a good player as soon as he was busted for 'roid use. He's a scrub.

AJ Smith is a poor, poor negotiator, and he really demands too much in trades (a second and third for a guy who wasn't great last year despite having a top 5 quarterback, really?).

I said Steve Smith. Maybe if he actually had an NFL quarterback throwing to him, he's have more than 13 catches for 174 yards.
