  1. That's tough for the Clippers. Kaman brings so much to the table, and because he's yet another talented big man, I think he's been clearing some room in the paint for Griffin. Should be interesting to see how Blake performs being the only front-court threat that the Clippers really have. Hopefully he can respond for them, mainly because he's on my fantasy team lol.
  2. game tonight, let's get it!

  3. I saw them play against the Pacers, and I'd have to say that I'd consider benching both of them. Kleiza shoots the ball whenever he gets the ball practically, and as for Weems, he shoots the ball hesitantly but, he does shoot some pretty bad shots. I'm not sure because I really haven't watched them enough, but just judging from that Pacers game, I'd say that they probably should be benched. It would help the team chemistry in my opinion.
  4. December 8th vs. Milwaukee Bucks http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/hs805.snc4/68580_1619148192298_1044205389_31537512_2188206_n.jpg 32 Minutes, 7-16 FGM-A, 1-2 3PM-A, 2-2 FTM-A, 1 Steal, 0 Blocks, 2 Turnovers, 1 Personal Foul, 3 Rebounds, 1 Assist, 17 Points. All-around Collison had a very nice game. He took over the scoring load at two different points in the game, and that's the kind of intensity that the Pacers have been waiting to see from him. He's got the skills to score almost at will, but he just has to get in the mindset. Something that is very disappointing about this game is that he just put up one assist. We really need him to be putting his teammates in positions for open looks as well, but I'll take a good offensive performance as a sign of improvement. Thoughts?
  5. It's one of these three. Raymond Felton, Brandon Rush, or Roy Hibbert. At this point you have to consider Hibbert and Rush. I mean really?
  6. Chris Paul right here. Even though Williams is another guy who could be picked here, I've got to go with Paul simply because he's much better at defense. Williams is a great point guard as well, but CP3 gets him on defense by a longshot.
  7. This is a very interesting situation. Meyer steps down right after McDaniels gets fired, does that signal something? I read that his reasoning is to spend more time with his family, but you have to wonder if there is something more behind this. I can promise you that Tebow would be in full favor of having his former coach back coaching him. Would that make him the starter for Denver then?
  8. And here is a chance for us to prove that we are indeed the second-best team in the Central Division. The Bucks beat us the first meeting, but that was only because we got careless with the ball. That game was ours to lose, and we did. If we come out strong and finish the Bucks off convincingly, then I think it comes down to us and the Bulls for the Central. Sure, it's early on in the season, but it's time to crush the Bucks' hopes that they are better than us. Let's make a statement tonight guys!
  9. He won't be coming out his first season I don't think. He'll be in the draft after his sophmore season if you ask me, because I think he'll realize that he just isn't NBA ready yet. Stay in school, focus on life, and also getting a more NBA-ready game and body, and then take your talents to the NBA after another season at UNC. Why not? Walker will be the #2 pick for sure, and maybe even get arguments for #1.
  10. They are so freaking strong depth-wise. They lose Irving and they have another great guard coming in to take his spot in Seth Curry. I can promise you that they are going to continue to win like they are right now. One thing about Duke, is that they definitely don't rely on one player to carry them. Practically all of their players could be starters at most other schools.
  11. December 6th vs. Toronto Raptors http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/hs1336.snc4/162846_1615225334229_1044205389_31531647_6598013_n.jpg 25 Minutes, 6-7 FGM-A, 0-0 3PM-A, 5-5 FTM-A, 1 Steal, 0 Blocks, 2 Turnovers, 2 Personal Fouls, 3 Rebounds, 1 Assist, 17 Points. I couldn't find a picture of Collison that was taken during the game so you'll have to live with one against the Jazz. He played a very good game, scoring 17 points, and was great running the point despite only having one assist. He pushed the tempo for Indiana, and really stepped up as an on-court leader when he was out there. If he keeps playing this kind of basketball, then the Pacers have a much better shot to win basketball games. Great all-around game for DC. Thoughts on his game against the Raptors?
  12. I'm hoping he gets cheered in his return. There's no doubt that he did work as hard as he could for the Rockets, but injuries are what made him basically unable to help them. He had some big games there in Houston, so I'm expecting them to welcome him back.
  13. Big win for the Pacers . Glad to see us come out strong and take care of business after losing our last two games out West. Let's get back to the winning ways Pacers!
  14. I'm very disappointed with the way the Broncos handled this situation. Sure, McDaniels did film the practice, and that's probably what sold the fact that he would not retain his job after the season, but don't fire him mid-season. Let the man at least finish the season out. Maybe that's just me, but I would let him finish it out. So who is going to be the new head coach is the question?
  15. I think the Pacers may look into trading for him in return for A.J. Price. Price is a great player, and that would be a Larry Bird type of move. They know that Price wants to play, and they just can't accomodate him right now, so Bird very well could make a move just for Price. Walker would be a fairly nice fit on our young, athletic team as well.
  16. He's done a very nice job taking over for Amare this year. Great pickup for the Suns, probably one of the most underrated free agent signings.
  17. That's Steve Nash for you. He's almost a perfect player on quite a few nights. I definitely still give him credit for being one of the top-3 point guards in the NBA.
  18. Not really surprised to hear this news. He never should have gone to Turkey in the first place, even though he did want to keep playing basketball. I wouldn't be surprised if there was an NBA team that will be interested in signing him down the stretch this season. He can still put up good numbers scoring wise, so I think at some point a team will have interest.
  19. http://www.realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/70418/20101205/cavaliers_havent_put_jamison_on_block/ Jamison would be a good pickup for quite a few teams, but that contract is what kills most of the interest. Maybe a team like the Magic? But I still don't see that being a place that would have too much interest. If it wasn't for that contract I would love my Pacers to get him, but he costs way too much for what he'd produce with us. Thoughts?
  20. As much as he would be a great fit for Cleveland, I really want to see the Pacers make a run at him. He'd fit perfectly with us as shooting guard beside Granger. Danny doesn't like to drive to the bucket too much, he's more of an outside player, and having Iguodala's ability to drive to the bucket would help us immensely. Also, his defense would help us a lot as well. We could actually give up some talent in return as well. Dahntay Jones, or maybe Brandon Rush?
  21. Right here is where I vote for Kevin Durant.
  22. Hopefully they don't move from New Orleans. The Hornets are finally starting to play well, and to have their team moved right now would really hurt them. I unfortunately have a feeling that the NBA is going to try to move them to Las Vegas at some point, but maybe that's just me. Hopefully they stay in NO though. This is very interesting to watch though...
  23. Big win for us! Great job to come out strong after the first quarter and get this win. Too bad Detroit couldn't hang on to beat the Bears .
  24. December 3rd vs. Phoenix Suns http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/hs738.snc4/65874_1610469535337_1044205389_31521233_4261617_n.jpg 23 Minutes, 1-3 FGM-A, 0-0 3PM-A, 3-3 FTM-A, 2 Steals, 0 Blocks, 5 Turnovers, 2 Personal Fouls, 2 Rebounds, 4 Assists, 5 Points. Very bad game from Collison this game. You may wonder why I chose this picture of the game to go here....it's because he was basically non-existent out there. He never made any good plays for the Pacers, instead he just forced passes, and got lazy with the ball and committed turnovers. Down the stretch we were up by one point when he got lazy and Goran Dragic poked the ball away from him, ran it down, and Collison fouled him, putting the Pacers over the foul limit. After Dragic put in the free throws, the Pacers never had another lead. Very disappointing game from DC, and I really hope he focuses during his next game against Toronto. Our team this year really relies on how well Collison plays. Thoughts on his game against Phoenix?
