  1. Very disappointing end to the road trip for us. This Suns team was definitely beatable, and at one point in the 4th quarter we were up by five, but we just couldn't close them out. Rush played an excellent game offensively, but like RD already referred to, his defense was lacking. McRoberts put up a big game for us as well. Disappointing to end the road trip 2-2 after starting out 2-0. Got to get the win against the Raptors.
  2. absolutely hates knee pain :(, ugh this sucks.

That's what I used to say before I had my bionic knee put in

  3. I'm guessing that Rush has finally taken the starting job back from Dunleavy. He's been playing excellent defense, and also has finally gotten confidence on the offensive end which is leading to him hitting his threes, and most importantly using his athleticism to get to the rim. Great to see Brandon starting to play up to his potential, or at least starting to play up to some of his potential. I still think he could be a lethal scorer in a couple years if he keeps working on his game, and gaining even more confidence. Thoughts?
  4. http://www.realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/70380/20101203/hawks_sign_damien_wilkins/ I like the move for Atlanta. If I remember correctly a couple years back, he was actually putting up some good numbers off the bench with the Sonics? Maybe that's the wrong person, but I'm pretty sure that's who it was. Anyway, good move, because I do remember this guy can put up some points from time to time. Thoughts?
  5. http://www.realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/70368/20101202/bucks_sign_brian_skinner/ Good depth move by the Bucks. Skinner isn't going to put up many stats for you, but when you need him to play a few minutes he's very capable of playing all-around solid basketball. It's a cheap move, and a solid one at that. Good move by Milwaukee, to also bring a veteran player in to help lead the team. Thoughts?
  6. I've got this covered man , don't worry about keeping it updated. But you should start one of your own...maybe Roy Hibbert? That would be a good idea.
  7. And this is exactly what Avery Johnson was talking about when he said that Terrence Williams had to work his way back up. He's putting up big games, including this triple-double, and if he keeps playing good basketball like this, he'll be back with the Nets very soon. They really just wanted him to calm down, and play basketball and not worry about anything else. This will get his confidence up for when he does return to the NBA.
  8. While Ellis is definitely a great scorer, I really think he hurts his team taking too many shots at times. I saw him take a lot of contested looks when they were making that comeback in the mid-4th quarter, and that took their momentum completely away. He also really needs to work on his free throw shooting. They have a lot of talent in Golden State, but they need to work harder as a team, and make sure they get good shots.
  9. Crank it up, Dont stop. You can give it all you got, Lets rock dont stop. You can give it all you got, At the top top top. You can give it all you got. Come on Lions, let's rise up tonight and give it everything we have! Don't back down, give it everything, leave it all out on the floor. Even if we lose, let's put up a great fight, and make this a game!

  10. December 1st vs. Utah Jazz http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash2/hs594.ash2/154615_1608455724993_1044205389_31517949_3260338_n.jpg 34 Minutes, 5-12 FGM-A, 2-4 3PM-A, 4-5 FTM-A, 0 Steals, 0 Blocks, 6 Turnovers, 5 Rebounds, 5 Assists, 16 Points. It's a decent performance, but once again I was very disappointed with the way DC took care of the ball. 6 turnovers is just not good enough for a starting point guard in the NBA, and especially only putting up 5 assists. He had a good offensive night minus the turnovers, and played very well down the stretch for us, but made too many mistakes earlier in the game. For Collison to continue becoming the future great NBA point guard that he could be, he really needs to work on his decision-making. Overall a decent game, but quite a few mistakes as well for Darren. Thoughts on his game against the Jazz?
  11. Everyone morning before I do anything I jog two miles, sometimes three or four. Just something I've decided to do to stay in shape.
  12. Tough loss, but it was good to see us keep fighting in the second half. We were so tired towards the end of the 3rd quarter because of the second game of a back-to-back. Not too disappointed to losing to a very good Jazz fan, especially after the way Williams was playing.
  13. House can be a very good shooter at times, but there's no doubt it's Gibson here.
  14. http://www.realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/70344/20101201/mother_in_law_of_jazz_owner_slain/ Very sad news to hear. Disgusting news as well, and I hope the killer is found. R.I.P.
  15. November 30th vs. Sacramento Kings http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/hs1199.snc4/155109_1607340977125_1044205389_31516429_7565422_n.jpg 30 Minutes, 5-10 FGM-A, 0-0 3PM-A, 7-8 FTM-A, 2 Steals, 0 Blocks, 2 Turnovers, 1 Personal Foul, 4 Rebounds, 6 Assists, 17 Points. Big game for Darren Collison tonight. Down the stretch he hit a shot-block buzzer beater that kept us from turning the ball over only up six points, and instead put us up eight. He also put in a few really clutch free throws down the stretch as well. Something that he's been struggling a lot with this season is turnovers, but he was very careful with the ball, and as you can see only committed two turnovers. Great all-around game from DC, and if he continues playing like this, then I think you'll see the Pacers keep winning games. Thoughts on his game against the Kings?
  16. This is yet another test that we have a chance to prove what kind of a team we are. We have to go into Utah and beat a very tough Jazz team that is almost unbeatable at home. Very tough game, and if we win, we'll move to 3-0 on our west-coast swing. Let's get it Pacers! Come out strong on the defensive side of the floor, and be patient on offense. We can't afford to force shots and commit turnovers tonight.
  17. Nice win for us, Granger freaking went off with 37. Great to see us playing with confidence and getting these wins. Keep it up Indiana!
  18. Great to see Reggie's name here. I miss him so much in a Pacers uniform, but it will be great to see him get into the Hall of Fame. No doubt that he deserves it.
  19. Like RD said in a previous post, with the way Gasol has been playing the last couple games (minus the strong defensive stand against Conley in the closing seconds in the loss to the Grizz), they really need Bynum's strong presence in the paint. He'll make a big difference both on offense, but mostly on defense. Definitely a major hole when he's out for L.A.
  20. Yes, they most definitely SHOULD retire his jersey, but it's not going to happen. When he left, he turned everyone in Cleveland, including their management against him. I just can't see it happening given the circumstances. I agree with ABL though, he definitely should get it retired because he single-handedly brought the Cavs to the Finals that one year, and made them one of the best teams for quite a few years.
  21. The only reason that I could see Orlando making this trade, is to get Blatche if he is involved. If not why would you want to swap Carter for Arenas? For Washington it makes sense to me, except for them trading Blatche. He hasn't been playing all that great this year from the games that I've watched, but he's still a very good young talent. If they get Rashard Lewis back in return, that's a nice piece, as well as Orton if he can stay healthy, but still not a great trade for them unless they are trying to free up some cap space with Carter's expiring contract. Just doesn't look like a really good trade for either team in my opinion.
  22. HUGE game tonight! Let's get it guys!

  23. Let's get two games above .500 Pacers! We just can't afford to lose this game. Big win over the Lakers, and that will all be wasted if we can't take care of business against the Kings. This is definitely a game that we should win, and are definitely expected to win, so let's go out there and earn the W!
  24. Getting into even more trouble with the coach and organization....this kid isn't going to last much longer in Sac-Town if he keeps his attitude like this. He's so cocky, and he thinks that he is everything, and that's why he's running into all these troubles. My guess is that he probably is arguing with the coach because he's always right, and there's no room for that on an NBA team. He'll be moved unless he calms himself down really soon.
  25. I'm enjoying it, and definitely updating it game by game. I want to see some more people keeping up with it!
